Receptionists  were friendly , helpful and efficient. Dr. Calder  who I  have seen a few times now has  been very attentive  and thorough  in helping me with my health issues. I would  strongly recommend  this Medical Centre   to other  people who  want good medical services and   a covid  safe environment as all staff  and patients  wear masks  and observe social  distancing.

The doctors are good, although the service is very poor. I decided to change practices because of this and they took a very long time to transfer my medical documents. Once they finally sent them, the receiving practice didn't receive them. I advised of this and they would not follow up the missing documents up with the courier.

Not a big fan. Been there 4 times and have had to see 3 different doctors. The reception staff tend to be particularly unwelcoming. I was also bulk billed for my first appointment which is why I went back, but the next times I was never bulk billed, even when I showed my Centrelink health care card. Ended up paying about $55 AFTER Medicare rebate and health care card for a 10 minute appointment which is ridiculous. Worst experience I’ve had is a phone consultation. Waited a week for my appointment just to be told by the doctor that she couldn’t find the form I needed over the phone, so she just couldn’t do it and I would have to book another appointment when I could attend in person. Really not the best practice and I would recommend somewhere else.

Professional practice, friendly staff, knowledgeable physicians. Highly recommended. I've been a patient of Dr Hughes for nearly 25 years now and am yet to find the same level of personalised care anywhere else in Canberra.

Average place with a lot of varied doctors. Some are good and a few have been terrible. Currently in waiting room at 8.45 and they're already 30 mins behind. Not recommended unless you can't go somewhere else.

As a fighter of brain cancer, it’s wonderful to have a GP willing to discuss and advise on the issues I’m facing.  Dr Paul Hughes has been our GP since we searched for one who’d be good for our first child who’s now 17. He was so good the whole family started seeing him in Tuggeranong and we’re happy to journey north to maintain his medical insights and sensible approach.

Ended up waiting over 35 minutes before leaving, there was another patient in front of me still to be seen as well. They always seem to run late and shouldn't try to cram as many appointments in as possible, or at least call patients if they are running very far behind. It shows poor management and poor patient care.

Hi,  Always have had excellent service from Dr Hughes, he has a lot of experience in A&E and general practice, which makes him very knowledgeable. A positive experience and inspires confidence.
