The Spencer Hotel

Great location but rooms lack lustre, they are tired and in need of some TLC.nClose to cafes and restaurants. Beds are comfy and clean and the view is beautiful especially at night where you can see the sky tower. For the price with $30 parking this is not a cheap option. The coffe pods were of some variety unknown to us and tasted revolting , off we went in a hurry to the Cafe for real coffee.

Fab location, rooms, views, facilities and service.nnWould definitely stay here again. Also got a free hot drink at the Street Organics cafe which was very good.nnThe spa was also really nice and warm the pool isn’t heated but the spa is!

We had a lovely stay at The Spencer.nnA shame the restaurant and Cafe weren't open but we enjoyed the local eateries instead.nnThe beds were very comfortable and the rooms well appointed. We will stay again and recommend this hotel for others visiting the area.

Stayed in private Air bnb apartmentnStayed here 8 years ago starting to show its age now. Still good facility giod gym & pool zone. Onsite house Bar & restaurant just recently opened was good, even live music .nGreat location in TakapunanWould stay here again, great view of city from the apartment

Enjoyed the night, nice atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent band , The Turarangi Rd band especially came to see them awesome.nThe only thing was the dance floor, not good at all can't dance on it , too hard on your knees , need to improve on that part , won't be back only if it has a better dance floor.
