Had an amazing experience by shopping with techcrazy wide range of products and best price in the market.
Few days ago bought a samsung a05 phone. Rang them before going to the shop as I had read the phone doesn't come with adpator for charging n I took the adaptor I had at home for staff to see if it would work. The staff looked at the adaptor replaced the cable that came with the phone with a different cable n told me it will be slow charge which I didn't have any issue with. But when I was charging the phone something was not right n the apator n was extremely hot after sometime. I rang sumsung customer care they told me that adapter watts was way too low too charge the phone n should not be used with the A05 model. Could this have led to explosion, damage to the phone, adapter or even worse fire??nWhen I rang techcrazy n explained what was happening n my conversation with sumsung, the staff put the blame on me.nI tried to buy a compatible adaptor but they didn't have one n tried to sell me a different brand which I decided not to buy as sumsung instructions said only sumsung brand adapter should be used. The attitude n comments of the staff was very negative.nI got the adapter from another shop.nWhile trying to set up the new phone, I had some difficulty so went to the shop for assistance n the staff told me I would have to pay $35 for help as it would take 2 to 3 hours.nI walked out n thanks to some kind people elsewhere who helped me with out charging me n it took around 10mins.nNever returning to this shop.
I paid $225 to have two iPhones repaired. The first one came back with the home button not working. They said the home button must not have been working when I gave it to them. It was working when I gave it to them. I googled to find out what the problem might be and emailed them with some links and suggestions because what I was reading was that if you replace the home button with an aftermarket one it won’t work so I asked if they had the original one to put back in. They emailed to say it was the original one which was completely untrue because the original one was gold and the new one was white like the new case. They just didn’t want to say they didn’t know how to fix the problem. So I sent another email asking if they could try to find the original home button but they ignored my email. The second phone only worked for a few days before the screen started glitching out and doing lots of things when I wasn’t touching it. I could see a little bit of plastic was stuck in the edge from their installation so the screen didn’t fit quite right and thought that might be the problem. so I was making some screenshots to send them about what was happening with the phone, but before I could take it back to them I dropped it and the new screen shattered so I’m certain since they were not honest about the other phone that if I try to take this one in for help they will just try to blame me and say it’s constantly glitching as a result of being dropped but the fact is I had my previous phone for many years and dropped it multiple times and it never shattered so they are obviously using really cheap replacement screens too. This phone glitches so much now I can barely use it and don’t have the money for a new phone, I feel so depressed because I trusted them and gave them so much money believing they would fix my phones so my mum and I would be able to have working phones, my mum is disabled and I’m her full time caregiver and it’s vitally important we both have functional phones for her safety. But here I am with no reliable working phone for either of us and having given them all my money have no way to get them repaired now. It’s more than disappointing. It makes me so upset every day when I try to use this phone and the other phone completely not working because not only did the home button stop working but the phone stopped charging so it’s just dead sitting on the table having cost $145 out of the $225 I paid for “repairs”. I feel like crying. It’s limited my life so much because I can barely use my phone and don’t have a computer either and my mum still doesn’t have a phone for her safety, she’s using my old iPhone 6 now and the battery dies after an hour so she is not safe if she goes out for a walk because most of the time her phone is dead and I have to constantly make sure it’s charged. It’s so stressful. I don’t recommend tech crazy Massey for repairs :
Friendly staff both of this boys..nFixed my phone before time and the boys are so friendly made me feel so comfortable.100% recommend
