This is my 2nd time purchasing a product from this place. I purchased an electric scooter from them while ago and now just got an iPhone 13 from them, its in really good condition and i highly recommend TechCrazy for second-hand phones.
Aman was very helpful, I called him up and asked him to leave aside an item for me, and he did as he was told. Got there it was ready for me, nice and easy experience, 10/10 would recommend!!
Initially, there was a delay with the payment for a laptop we sold, which caused understandable frustration and concern on our side. The situation was not handled in the most professional way at the time, and communication could have been much clearer.nnThat said, the payment was eventually completed in cash, and we did receive an apology for the inconvenience. We appreciate that this was resolved in the end and hope that processes are improved moving forward to avoid similar situations for others
Ordred a laptop. Faulty keyboard so I sent it back. Same laptop returned with the same issue, so I sent it back. They sent me another laptop with keyboard issues after I paid an extra $130.00 for the privilege . I'm now out of pocket nearly $60 in postage costs. I have been patient with them, but I think its' time for the Disputes Tribunal.
The service i recieved from the online team was exceptional! Communication was fast and friendly. My device is great too
