This is my 2nd time purchasing a product from this place. I purchased an electric scooter from them while ago and now just got an iPhone 13 from them, its in really good condition and i highly recommend TechCrazy for second-hand phones.
Aman was very helpful, I called him up and asked him to leave aside an item for me, and he did as he was told. Got there it was ready for me, nice and easy experience, 10/10 would recommend!!
Good place to come in and buy for second hand laptop, i did a trade-in of my old laptop , reasonable price was given by the salesperson. Will definitely consider for any future purchases too.
Initially, there was a delay with the payment for a laptop we sold, which caused understandable frustration and concern on our side. The situation was not handled in the most professional way at the time, and communication could have been much clearer.nnThat said, the payment was eventually completed in cash, and we did receive an apology for the inconvenience. We appreciate that this was resolved in the end and hope that processes are improved moving forward to avoid similar situations for others
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HEREnI called asking for a simple WINZ quote — something every tech store does easily. They acted confused like they had no idea what I was talking about, even though they said yes at first. Promised over and over they’d send it, never did. When I chased them they got short, went quiet and straight up hung up on me! Ignorant, rude, don’t know what they’re doing and can’t be bothered helping customers. Total waste of time, bunch of people who don’t care at all. Go literally anywhere else, you’ll get better service from a petrol station.
