I went into the Henderson store today hoping to get my laptop fixed and I was not disappointed. Brad was amazing and very helpful. He had it up and running within the hour and he explained everything to me. I can't say enough. Brad really did a fantastic job and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend anyone with a laptop problem to go here. Thanks Brad great job. AAA+++.nnSo update. I just got locked out of my computer by Microsoft and I took it down to Brad and he had it unlocked and ready in 1/2 hour. Once again amazing work from Brad. Thank you so much AAA+++
I would like to acknowledge the excellent knowledge and customer service skills, of Sean Shi at PBtech Henderson Express store. I have been serviced by him on a number of occasions, and every time, he has been very patient, understanding and always provided the best solution. Having the skills to tackle a service issue, is great, but to be able to explain his actions, offer additional safe-guarding advice and to do it all in such a calm, respectful and confident manner, is commendable. Visited today with my Mother looking for a new computer for her, not realizing that it was now an express. The lovely young man on the counter was so helpful, he understood what we were looking for and helped us narrow down the options explaining everything well.
