The best technic store I visited. I just bought 2 things and had the best service in my life. On top of that the best prices I ever saw and way better than online. Definitely recommend this!! Fell in love with PB Tech.
Don’t be fooled by their prices. They stock faulty products and will happily waste your time and inconvenience you getting them fixed using their in-house team when returned no mater what your situation is. Seems that is their business model and common practice. Additionally, I found their returns and customer service team to be unresponsive to my emails. If you value your time and expect to be treated as an important customer, I would recommend considering other options.
I have to say it, the service was on point. I put in my PC for an upgrade on the 26th Dec 2024 just before closing. The next day the PC was ready, hands down the best customer experience from Sean and Kyeron along with recommendations. I bought a pre build PC at this branch in 2018. Definitely made my day as the quality has not changed but got even better over the years. To all the team at PB tech Henderson, happy new year wishes in advance. 10/10 would recommend.
This company has the worst customer service in New Zealand . Do not trust any communication you receive from Grace Folau..she gave me false hope of a positive outcome for my situation and completely ignored all communication that followed.nnTheir managers don’t have the decency to call you while their team members have committed to a return phone call.nnThey stock faulty product and will not hesitate to waste your time .. do not shop at PB tech .”cheap and faulty items fixed at your inconvenience.
Useless with regards to warranty claim. They are only good if your buying their product. I will never ever get new product from them!
