My recent television purchase and the significant inconvenience caused by the ongoing delays and inconsistent information provided throughout the process.nnAt the time of purchase, I was advised that delivery would take approximately three days. However, after this timeframe passed, I was repeatedly provided with different delivery dates and updates, none of which proved accurate. As a result, my family has now gone through two consecutive weekends without the television we purchased.nnDue to the continued delays, my husband and I visited the store with the intention of cancelling the order. However, we were encouraged to retain the purchase on the basis that we had secured a favourable price and were assured that the television would arrive within a further week.nnLater that same day, we received a text message advising that the television was ready for collection. Acting on this notification, my husband travelled to the store to collect the item, only to be informed that the message had been sent in error and that the television was not actually available. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, particularly as our children had been eagerly anticipating the arrival of the television after already waiting for several weeks.nnWhile I understand that unforeseen delays can occur, the repeated changes to delivery information and the incorrect collection notification have caused considerable inconvenience, wasted time, and significant disappointment for our family.nnThey should not give assurances of Order ETA.nnJust buying TV for entertainment but they gave us disappointment and stress instead.
Really good customer support from the entrance. Greetings at door, support from a representative, he even go back to find me a cheapr one, forgot his name tall blond guy worked 06/01 evening and keep asking choices and try to give me best service, checkout was smooth. I wanted a just mouse but ended with a combo. Helpful. What else? This is best the best service compared to other competitors. Cheers !
