Went in today to purchase a computer as a spur of the moment want. Cian was incredibly helpful in helping me with what I needed. He was clear in explaining the differences and was honest when identifying what was necessary for me. Fantastic customer service and will definitely be back!
My husband and I visited the store on the 25th of June around 4:30 PM intending to purchase a TV and an iPhone. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience.nnRight at the main entrance, two female staff members were standing and chatting, completely ignoring our presence. We went to the TV section and browsed for a while on our own, not a single staff member approached us or offered help. Then we moved to the iPhone section, where again, two female staff were too busy talking to even acknowledge us. We tried to make eye contact, but they clearly chose to ignore us.nnWe’ve shopped here before and never had such poor service, so this was really unexpected. In the end, we decided to leave and went to Noel Leeming instead, where we received excellent service and completed our purchase.nnCustomer service makes a huge difference unfortunately, this time it was very disappointing.
I recently visited JB Hi-Fi in wairau Valley and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The customer service was top-notch, with incredibly helpful staff. The entire transaction went smoothly, and an added bonus was the ample parking available. I highly recommend this store for a hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience.
