I had the best experience at the Dyson Customer Service Centre this Saturday afternoon. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me, fixing my vacuum in no time at all. The process was quick, efficient, and stress-free. I really appreciate the exceptional service and would highly recommend this team to anyone in need of assistance. Thank you for making my day so much!
I took my Dyson 11 to the Highbrook Service Centre today and received exceptional service. They replaced the parts that I had broken and I waited only 15 minutes. The serviceman explained what had happened and even showed me a way of cleaning the drum which I was unaware of. The ladies at reception gave outstanding customer service and I would totally recommend this place to one and all when requiring service or purchasing new. Thank you ever so much. Now off home to Papamoa to vacuum the house
Great service. My Dyson V11 was fixed on the spot and the cost was less than Iimagined. Left very happy. PS. The damage was my fault. NEVER put the filter back in unless it's 100% dry.
I went to the highbrook office and very poor service. The lady didn’t acknowledge or show any interest of helping a customer out. I wanted to see if we could swap the Dyson v8 for a v11 as we just placed the order day before and thought they could help in changing it given we haven’t even yet received the order. A white guy came after me and she seemed ever ready to help him though, shameful service. Really made me consider not even buying a Dyson.
Usually dread going to get things fixed cuz of the price and time it take but absolutely amazing people at the Dyson service centre in highbrook especially the head technician Harry, we were a bit confused with the different services but Harry came out and explained with immense patience, he was very kind and spoke to us in layman terms which was extremely helpful. Thanks so much!
