Didn't have the item I came in for - it had been discontinued even though it showed in stock on the website. But I went away very happy with a substitute whose features had been fully demonstrated to me. Great service.
The best shop in the world! Every time I go in I just get the best help. I was only buying a lens today but the staff working there helped me even adjust settings on my camera, check if I needed updates and gave me the best advice. I went home and tested the gear I got and I love it! It does just what I wanted it to do. I am giving them 10 out of 5 stars!!! Amazing! Will be back 1000%
Fantastic customer service. Had a part break on a recent purchase online and Michael sorted the issue up in no time, sourcing a replacement component quickly with excellent communication along the way. Highly recommend these guys!
Two months ago I bought a Hollyland microphone with lightning port, which the gentleman did ask me if I would upgrade my phone for the usb-c port soon. It worked well, I was happy and I ended up upgrading my phone, now with a usb-c port and the actual microphone didn't work for sure. Instead of just selling me a brand new one which is a bit expensive for myself at the moment, the other gentleman from sales team advised me to try a usb-c cable from Apple the original, as I tried the similar one first to make the best of it until I can upgrade to the next level microphone with more options. It did work and I'm very glad about it.nThank you Photogear Team, I'll definitely go back later on to buy the next microphone and who knows the camera as well.
Always the go-to for anything camera related, whether it’s a full haul or a last minute score. Just wanted to give appreciation to one of the Mt Eden staff, Lyndon - for not only making our shop easy, but for giving actual feedback and personal takes on certain products. Even managed to pop in for a hectic emergency shop 15 minutes before my wedding shoot the following day and he was there again to help me with product info, I made it to my wedding in time and with all the gear I needed and a tad more. Absolute legend, thanks Lyndon!!
