I’ve been shopping at PB Tech Albany for years, mainly for electronic appliances and other tech products. They consistently offer competitive prices compared to other leading retailers, which makes them my go-to store. The staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable, and they’re happy to help with any questions. Their website is also information-rich and very easy to navigate, making online browsing and purchasing simple. Highly recommend!
My Iphone suddenly showed unavailable and I could not figure out what's wrong. I went in P B tech Albany store that I bought the phone from. Elijah from the repairs team had fixed it for me. I was impressed by his professionalism which regain my confidence in IPhone. Another Chinese staff from the repairs team is also knowledgeable. They both are awesome. Thanks heaps
Charges $80.50 to review what needs to be repaired. If a customer decides not to have it repaired the $80.5 stay with PB tech. The item was bought within the last two years with PB tech. Be aware of it as a customer and consumer when deciding to buy an item.
Just bought a ROG desktop from PB Albany, best experience ever, Andy is the expert offered me the wonderful service and useful advices. Looking forward my next purchase in PB Albany.
Disappointing Experience at PB TechnnI recently visited PB Tech hoping to purchase a monitor, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After asking a few basic questions, the staff simply ignored me, offering no further assistance. The store was also quite messy and disorganized, which didn’t make things any easier.nnI understand that the staff may be under pressure—likely working long hours on relatively low wages—which is unfortunate. However, that doesn’t excuse the lack of basic customer service. What surprised me most was that even the manager seemed unfamiliar with the products, which left me with little confidence in their advice.nnI hope PB Tech can invest more in training and support for their team. Until then, I’ll be shopping elsewhere.
