I’ve bought most of my electronic devices from PB Tech, and every experience has been great. Andy has been incredibly helpful. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to explain the different options and help me find the right product at the best possible price. I recently purchased the DJI Pocket 4, and I absolutely love it! Thank you, Andy, for your excellent service. Highly recommend both Andy and PB Tech!
I recently purchased the Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones, and Andy provided an excellent shopping experience from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, and very easy to communicate with. After understanding what I was looking for, he efficiently recommended a high-quality product that offered great value for money. His recommendation turned out to be the best choice for my needs. I really appreciate Andy’s professional service and would highly recommend asking for him when shopping here.

A big thank you to Andy for helping me purchase the ASUS ROG Falchion Ace 75 HE Gaming Keyboard! I had been waiting for this keyboard for a long time, and thanks to Andy’s timely reminder and detailed introduction, I managed to get it before it was taken off the shelves. He communicated clearly, understood exactly what I needed, and recommended the best-value option for me. The keyboard is excellent for FPS games, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Andy’s service was efficient, professional, and genuinely helpful.
I’m so glad I went to PBtech today! Jackie was my salesperson, and he made the whole experience effortless. He really knew the stuff – took the time to understand what I needed, compared a few options, and explained the pros and cons clearly without any pushy sales tactics. I ended up with a great laptop that fits my budget and usage perfectly. The service was friendly, professional, and fast. If you’re after honest advice and top notch support, ask for Jackie – he is a real asset to the team. I’ll definitely be back for my next tech purchase. Thanks again!
