A truly disappointing shopping experience:nn1. They did not accept Signature Visa, which made the payment process extremely inconvenient and unexpectedly troublesome. Never imagined that such a common card type would be rejected.nn2. Their payment terminal behaved inconsistently and even tried to charge an extra fee.nAfter the Visa transaction failed, we switched to using BNZ EFTPOS by inserting the card. The machine displayed a “1% surcharge”, even though their own notice clearly stated that this type of card should NOT take any surcharge.nnWhat made the experience even more frustrating was the manager’s attitude. Instead of helping us figure out the issue, she questioned whether we were using the wrong card and insisted that since the machine showed a surcharge, we simply had to accept it. This felt dismissive and unhelpful.nnLater, at another counter, a more experienced staff member suggested inserting and removing the card multiple times before swiping again. We followed the instructions, and the surcharge disappeared. This confirmed that the earlier surcharge was unnecessary and came from the machine misreading the card, not from the card type itself.nnHonestly, if we hadn’t insisted on double-checking, we would have ended up paying an extra fee for no reason. The whole situation left me feeling both frustrated and disappointed with their level of professionalism and customer service.
I took my ipod there as it wouldn't work and they did a great job fixing it. Fast service and good price very pleased will definitely go there again. Highly recommended.
Very good customer service. A young man named Jack helped me find a DAC and RCA cable for my amplifier system and even showed me the best deal.
I was called by PB Tech and told that a free promotional item was ready for collection.nWhen I arrived at the store, I was then told that an order number was required, which wasn’t mentioned during the phone call.nAt first, the staff couldn’t find the record using my phone number, but the item was eventually located and given to me without me providing any additional information.nThe whole process was a bit confusing and took more time than expected. I hope the notification and lookup process can be improved so customers don’t have to make unnecessary trips in the future.
