Very Poor Customer Service – PB Tech PenrosenI had a very disappointing experience with PB Tech Penrose.nI originally purchased a Welcare USB-C Rechargeable Wearable Electric Breast Pump on 11 January 2026 Invoice: SIPR2105386 for $75. Unfortunately, the unit suddenly stopped working on the night of 22 June 2026.nSince this is an essential item for feeding my baby who is not breastfeeding directly, I went to the PB Tech Penrose branch the next day to request a warranty replacement. However, the customer service was very poor. Instead of offering an immediate solution, they told me they could not replace the product straight away and that it would need to be sent away for inspection, which would take about one week.nI clearly explained that I urgently need this pump to feed my baby, but they still refused to provide a replacement. As a result, I had no choice but to purchase another unit on 23 June 2026 Invoice: SIPR2192323 for $85.nThis experience was very stressful and frustrating. For such an important product, waiting one week without a solution is unacceptable. Because of this poor service, I do not recommend PB Tech Penrose—especially for essential items where reliability and support are critical.nI would recommend going to Noel Leeming instead—they usually replace these kinds of cheaper products straight away and provide much better customer support.
Came in with a dead computer and no way of accessing the hard drive - Daniel and Mark took the time to remove the hard drive, fire it up on another computer - then transfer the data to my portable hard drive.nAll while I waited - and completed as a courtesy.nFantastic service.nCan’t recommend enough.
Xiaomi Electric Scooter 5 - Black -nnFirst of all thanks to Camillo Westgate who'd been very helpful and patient during the query and buying process. Helped me load the heavy box as well into my car.nnHave been using the product now for about a week in response to worsening petrol prices Hormuz Straight war as of this writing. Haven't really used it for work yet, but for the leisurely time spent on it, I must say I've got a well designed/built product here.nnThe product documentation is more than ample and one thing I can suggest to Xiaomi is to simplify it.nnThe scooter is very easy to setup physically and on app. It may take a few minutes doing the app thing, but that's all good in the name of product security.nnThe motor is very powerful. We tried doing two normal weighing people on it not recommended for safety reasons and it can take the weight and still run on flat and slightly inclined ground.nnFor a lone user, certainly the machine packs a punch. Even on inclined roads. I love that settings can do 3 power modes and user safety features have been well considered. Eg... turn lights, break lights, blinking break lights, ambient light reactive, powerful breaks etc, etc.nnThis one has no GPS but you can certainly lock the machine with your app. You will have to consider buying of course 3rd party chain locks, hand break locks, front baskets and perhaps even a GPS dongle - but all that can be left to the owner depending on how much they want to spruce up the machine.nnAll in all, this scooter isn't the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive. But you truly get your dollar's worth.

Dennis was just awesome!! I was looking around for my product and it was like he read my mind and stepped forward to help me, not pnly he setup my screen guard but also explained me everything for future time.. ur godaam best man there and hope you get a promotion!!
