My go-to place for all my personal and business tech supplies. On average, it's always been a great experience. One point, find someone with both the technical knowledge you require and focus on providing advice instead of a quick sale. I have found of late that it's worth doing a price comparison. Surprisingly, I have found much getter deals elsewhere for the same model and product.
Some products are lack of price tags on them. Staff are too busy to greet customer.
Great service from Jack. Buying computers is very hard and complicated however Jack explained how each component gives us value in order to match our specific need. Was honest and wasn’t trying to upsell/pressure us. Thanks Jack
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at PB Tech. The two staff members handling payments were not only unhelpful but also quite rude, lacking knowledge on how to process a simple item swap for a different color. Instead of assisting, they stood there talking about me while I struggled to find a sales associate—who, in that store, seems impossible to track down. The entire process was frustrating and made me question the purpose of Click & Collect when it ends up taking just as long if not longer than shopping in-store. While PB Tech might offer competitive pricing, the poor service completely undermines any savings—especially when other retailers price match and provide a much better customer experience. I won’t be returning.
Staff largely unavailable - had to interrupt a staff member on their computer who said they'd have to get the product from the back - not the first time this has happened. No greetings, no one asking if they could help. Not many parks available. Only reason this is 3 stars instead of 1 is because the staff member I caught was quite polite and friendly, and got my item quite quickly.
