Very informative and quick, I had to get my pc upgraded and the upgrade took around 3 days due to the black friday sale. The guy telling me about the parts was helpful on getting me the cheapest options and telling me other components I needed to have everything working. When I got my pc back it worked perfectly, not only that but my pompompurin figurine that I used to poorly stick on the inside with glu tack was glued on for me! What a nice thing to do, I really appreciate it. He looks very happy now!
I had an extremely unpleasant experience at PB Tech Glenfield. I raised this with PB Tech customer support as well, but unfortunately it appears they do not take customer concerns seriously, as I have received no response even after three weeks.nnWhen attempting to purchase a product, I used a gift card. I handed the card to the cashier, who instructed me to tap it on the EFTPOS machine. After tapping, the terminal prompted for a PIN. As this was a gift card, not a Visa or debit card, I explained that there was no PIN.nnInstead of assisting, the cashier responded dismissively and said, “It’s your card, you should know the PIN. How I know your pin?” I have used gift cards many times before and know that they typically do not require a PIN. The cashier showed no interest in resolving the issue, was rude, and simply looked away.nnMy partner was present and was even more offended by the behaviour than I was. Due to the lack of basic customer service, I left the store.nnI then went to JB Hi-Fi, where the staff were polite, professional, and redeemed the same gift card without any issues in minutes.nnThis experience left me questioning why PB Tech Glenfield staff are so dismissive and unhelpful. Combined with the complete lack of follow-up from customer support, I would strongly advise others to avoid this store. I put 2 stars because they had the product and person work among shelves was cool.nnStay away this place !!!
Was looking at getting new headphones, while store happened quite a bit busy during a sale the staff still managed to be very helpful to me in managing to find the right product. Have to give a very grateful thanks to Joshua B for his patience and knowledge on audio, offered amazing customer service.
Had an excellent experience at PB Tech Glenfield! The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They helped me find exactly what I needed and took the time to explain everything clearly. Great selection of products at competitive prices. Special thanks to the team at the counter for their helpful and professional service. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back for future tech purchases!
Bought desktop speakers and one of the speakers had a very minor cosmetic dent. Pb Tech could've refused the return, but they were kind enough to process the return and replace it with one that didn't have the defect. I have confidence shopping here because I know they really make efforts to take care of their customers. Thank you for the kind service!
