I’ve purchased multiple products from computer lounge already, including mouses, Razer keyboards, pc, headphones, speakers. Every purchase has been an excellent experience, and the product quality is great as well. Alex provided really nice customer service, update me all information needed in time. They have a great range of products as well. I highly recommend shopping from Computer Lounge!!
Canceling a credit card payment for $35? Do you think I’m trying to commit fraud with $35? If credit cards aren’t accepted, put up a sign or update it on Google. You have the presence of mind to put a sign on your desk asking for Google reviews but can’t be bothered to note that credit cards aren’t accepted? I wasted my time driving back and forth twice in Auckland traffic. This place is a real. If there’s an issue with the product I bought, I can already imagine how you’ll handle it. Your customer service is like my ex asking to get back together. It makes no sense. If not accepting credit card payments is your policy, make it clear to customers. If you work here and it doesn’t matter to you whether the payment goes through, as long as you get the money, at least note that credit cards aren’t accepted. I truly don’t understand. When my high-end FiiO K9 Pro ESS DAC/Amp malfunctioned just over a year after purchase, Computer Lounge was outstanding in their response. They sent the unit to FiiO in China for repairs under the Consumer Guarantees Act without ever requesting payment, even though the process took seven weeks. Throughout this period, I received consistent updates from Martin, which greatly helped in managing my expectations. A subsequent malfunction led to another repair period; this time lasting 12 weeks due to delays from the Chinese New Year—a situation entirely beyond Computer Lounge's control. Furthermore, when they were unable to diagnose the fault in their initial testing, they provided a loan unit to ensure the issue wasn’t related to my recently upgraded PC setup, which included a new motherboard, CPU, and RAM. This thoughtful gesture maintained my setup seamlessly and confirmed that the DAC/Amp was indeed at fault.nnTheir exemplary service continued even after my unit returned with cosmetic damages. Upon contacting them, Computer Lounge promptly addressed the issue. They ordered new parts and repaired the cosmetic damages within a day, all at no additional charge.nnSpecial thanks to Martin and the entire RMA team for your unwavering support and service. Your commitment to customer satisfaction was evident not only in providing a loan unit during the repair period but also in swiftly addressing unexpected damages. While I hope there are no further issues, I am confident in the care and dedication Computer Lounge has demonstrated.
I picked up the Obelisk gaming PC a week ago. She's a beast! The staff know what they're doing and this shop is like a candy store for us gamers. I'd recommend buying here.
Shout out to Cameron at CL for providing excellent customer support. He was quite knowledgeable about custom keyboards, monitors, the set ups that were on display and just about everything tech related. Thanks to him I got myself a nice custom keyboard and a sick set up for the new house.
