I enquired with several companies about my specific and detailed requirements, but Computer Lounge presented the customised proposal that best suited my needs. Their quote was more powerful than those offered by other companies, yet cost over 10% less.nMr Wei replied promptly, and the product arrived considerably sooner than I had expected.nWhilst the other companies were by no means bad, I cannot imagine excluding this company from my shortlist.

I had an amazing experience shopping at CL for my new PC. Gabriel provided me with amazing customer service and advice, and he took the time to listen to my needs and provided me with multiple options to explore. Finally decided on the Singularity AMP and I couldn't be happier with it, a beautiful looking system that runs amazing too.
I was looking to buy a PC around $4300~$4,400 on their website with my desired specs. I asked if any upgrades or discounts were possible with same price, and they said they’d check with the manager—but I never heard back. When I asked if I could pick it up this weekend, I was told it would take 4–5 days. I was surprised and asked why it would take so long, and they said it’s due to assembly and testing. Honestly, in my experience, 1–2 days should be enough, so it’s hard to understand.nThe salespeople also seemed to have almost no authority or interest to negotiate. With this kind of customer service, they are not only frustrating current customers but are also likely to lose future ones. I ended up getting a better deal elsewhere, and I won’t be contacting or buying from this place in the future. In comparison, places like PB Tech and CompulsionTech respond immediately. I especially highly recommend CompulsionTech.
I was a bit hesitant about buying a PC at first, but Gabe was super helpful and put me at ease straight away. He explained that now’s actually a good time to buy before prices rise due to increasing AI demands. I told him exactly what I needed the PC for, and within about 5 minutes I had a solid quote and was ready to go. Ended up with exactly the setup I was after, and the pickup process was quick and easy. Great experience overall.
