I just read on Stuff that PB Tech have been copping some flack from a emasculated individual. Well aside from the fact that I too dine alone I have always found the staff at PB Tech friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and good people. Plus the company appears to be very well run with a fantastic range of products at very competitive prices. So whoever was the chinless, ball-less wonder who slagged them off, get a life!!!
I’ve been to this shop around 5 times now, I went to exchange an item I bought by mistake for the right one and they helped me with no hassle whatsoever super efficient.nn10/10 customer service I will definitely come here more often, thank you to the awesome team at PB tech for being super helpful!
Recently was assisted by Fabian at the Westgate branch. Very nice service with the perfect approach not pushy , impatient , or unhelpful.. was very helpful, friendly and genuine in doing so. Recommend you ask for Fabian if you attend this store.
Theo is a great member of your team! He really made my experience at PB Tech amazing even though they couldn't resolve the complicated computer issue. I still felt like they gave it their best shot and I was very happy with their transparency during the process. I would recommend this PB Tech as the staff are great.
