It's great that they open after 6pm at this branch, but they need to have an express lane for click and collect customers. Instead you're left waiting while people hold up the tellers while they window shop on their phones.
I just read on Stuff that PB Tech have been copping some flack from a emasculated individual. Well aside from the fact that I too dine alone I have always found the staff at PB Tech friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and good people. Plus the company appears to be very well run with a fantastic range of products at very competitive prices. So whoever was the chinless, ball-less wonder who slagged them off, get a life!!!
Bought a $430 keyboard open-box from PB Tech — only to find it barely discounted $11 off- 2.5% and no clarity on its condition. Product didn’t meet the standard I expect, and the pricing felt like a joke. Staffs reasoning was “to a show a customer instore” which is why it was unsealed?…nnReturned it the next day. Staff processed the refund, but having to chase basics like fair value and clarity on quality is frustrating at this price point. PB Tech needs to stop treating “open box” like it means “nearly full price.”nnAlso wild that I was using the in-store laptop to browse their own sale stock, and staff came over like I was hacking the Pentagon. Felt unnecessarily interrogated for literally trying to shop — not a good look.nn2 stars for the return being accepted — zero stars for wasting my time.
Theo is a great member of your team! He really made my experience at PB Tech amazing even though they couldn't resolve the complicated computer issue. I still felt like they gave it their best shot and I was very happy with their transparency during the process. I would recommend this PB Tech as the staff are great.
Had an excellent experience at PB tech Westgate. We were looked after by Arnold. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. Assisted with the accessories and left us with the wonderful cashier, Smile who was lovelynnAll round a fab shopping experience
