I've visited this store several times now and each time, the staff are friendly and acknowledge me straight away and offer to help me find what I need. Unlike other big department stores...which is so helpful given the large amount of products on hand, makes it so much easier. Highly recommend
Earlier this week I got my new computer built at this branch of PB Tech and have been happy with both how the company handled my request and ultimately the machine itself.nnAccount manager Julia Z was fantastic to deal with and answered all of my many questions in the process.nnOne minor criticism, outside Julia's control, is that there seemed to be a good number of SKUs that were out of stock with the company, something I have noticed a bit with themnnVery happy with the service and the end result and would be happy to recommend PB Tech to others.nnFive stars.
The sales technician Perry was very helpful. Went into details around different monitor types and pros and cons of my chosen types. Happy with the purchase and happy with the advice. The store is also is a handy location within Westgate
Nice store. Helpful, but wouldn’t price match on an item under $200 which seems a bit silly as now you’ve lost a customer who may have purchased again at your store. Even if you didn’t make much profit on this item you’d potentially make more through other purchases.
I recently visited PB Tech Westgate and was helped by Arnold Lu. He was very professional and helpful. It was a relatively small purchase - but he made me feel like a valued customer. I was faced with some questions about the product which he handled diligently. For anyone in West Auckland, I would highly recommend visiting this store for your tech needs, and ask for Arnold.
