Wonderful store to deal with. Have ordered a couple of large items which I had a friend close by collect for me. Hassle free and easy each time. Best experience was just the other day, bought an item on a great special, decided to splash out on Uber delivery and was absolutely amazed when it turned up at my work in under an hour from the time of ordering. Outstanding service!
Have had ongoing problems with accessing CarPlay since purchasing new iPhone. Went to numerous outlets for assistance and no one could offer a solution apart from saying I had a faulty phone…. PBTech Westgate Perry was knowledgeable and offered a solution immediately. He even went to my car to ensure recommended cable worked before purchasing.nAbsolutely awesome service!!
I wasn't happy at all although I had purchased a new phone in a long time. During the process of click & collect, there was no one right communication done to me from the staffs. I have made an online order with account to account and canceled a part of my order online. I emailed about the refund, got a reply all in small letters, no greetings, saying refund can be made from the store. I then emailed again asking which card to bring in and they said the card I've purchased with. I called Westgate store to pick up my order and checked again which card to bring in since I did bank transfer but they said just bring all your cards?so I did but the counter staffs seemed clueless about all the cards I brought and said since it's an online transaction she can just refund through online which was what I thought initially. I gave them my online order number every time so it's interesting to see how only one staff knew what to do. I really appreciated Amy's help from the counter. Thank you.
PB Tech Westgate is an excellent store - clean and spacious. Great variety of products at good price points. Staff are also attentive. Ample parking is also a plus. This store is a big coup for Westgate.
I visited this store the week after blackfriday to purchase electronics on sale for Black Friday, as it was the only nearby location with available stock. Upon entering, I noticed a security guard checking both receipts and the pockets of some customers. After completing my purchase, I requested that the receipt be emailed, as I prefer not to carry paper receipts. The security guard, who was standing directly in front of the checkout, clearly saw me pay. However, as I attempted to exit, he insisted that I show my receipt. Despite the cashier confirming that it was not necessary, the security guard continued to insist, forcing me to return to the cashier to have a paper receipt printed before I could leave the store.nnWhile the rest of the staff was professional and courteous, this experience with the security guard was highly frustrating and unnecessary. Based on this encounter, I will not be returning to this store in the future.
