I came into store wanting PC parts to upgrade my Gaming PC, I was dealing with Garrett Pan. Who was fantastic.nVery knowledgeable and helped me with everything. I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience in store than what I did. It was fantastic, which made upgrading my computer even better.nnBecause of his service I plan to come back in the Future for all PC needs and to buy a new monitor

He went above and beyond to help both my mother and me find the right cables for her devices.nnJonathan was incredibly friendly, professional, and approachable from the moment we asked for assistance. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, explained everything clearly, and made sure we left with the correct products. He was also genuinely funny and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience enjoyable rather than stressful.nnIt’s not often you come across customer service like this. Jonathan’s knowledge, patience, and positive attitude really stood out, and he is a real credit to the PB Tech Westgate team.nnThank you again, Jonathan, for your outstanding service. I had a great experience today. The staff member provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me apply my screen protector. They took their time to make sure everything was lined up perfectly, with no dust or bubbles, and didn't rush the process at all. Their patience, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free. The screen protector looks perfect, and I really appreciate the effort they put in to make sure it was done properly. Highly recommend their service!
By far friendliest PB Tech I’ve ever been into, here at Westgate, Great layout of the store and it’s a big shop so you can see all the products in person. We had a great experience with Adam Corboy, He was friendly professional helpful and had a great sense of humour. Adam helped us find a new monitor a security camera and a desk chair. Adam immediately knew about every single product being inquired about it was . Will be going back for sure!
Went in looking for a phone case and screen protector for my new phone. Staff were wonderful and kind. Didn't try to upsell me on more expensive items. Rather looked to get me good deals. Even put my screen protector on and given me a tool to help put the next one on when need be. Absolutely fantastic experience. Will always look to buy from here again
