Poor service at PB Tech Manukau. I sent my Apple AirPods Max in for servicing and after 2 weeks with no status, I had to call them myself to get an update. When I finally got through, I was left on hold for over 10 minutes by the service team and given no real answers. Only after calling back and speaking to a manager did I receive proper care and assurance.nnApple themselves kept me more informed about my product than PB Tech did. If you have Apple products to be serviced, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Great store with a wide selection of tech gadgets and office gear for a reasonable price. The service is friendly and efficient, making shopping a breeze. Easy parking.
I bought Laptop for my son for school but it was wrong one not suitable for school I spent my last money and I was mentally distressed because of my mistake. I bring back to the store with little hope that I will get some help so when I met this polite and patient guy name Abl he solve my problem with few min in respected manner and kindness. Thank you Abl and thank you the manager who trained their staff how to deal with customers in difficult situations.
