Full of tech. Have bought many items from here including samsung A54, portable hard drives, Rams, keyboard, refurbished laptops and car jump starter kit.nBought a mophie car jump starter kit 5 months ago. Still going strong. Highly recommend this product. I start cars and suvs with this using just 2 bars charge.nGreat backup customer service.
A truly Massive shop...very friendly staff.nEven though they where busy they have enough staff on to help me with in a couple of minute's of being in store. . Parking is a luck of the draw and hit a miss the day I went..
The actual shop is hard to find as I ended up in the wrong part of the building, when I did find the shop the customer service people who had to print out my order were rude, there was one non Asian man most of the store were asian staff by the door that was very polite though. When I got to the dispatch area the man didn't even look at us he put the garage door open enough to reach the paper then took it away gave us our order and shut the door again. Based on customer service other than the one polite guy I would not recommend this shop.
This place has bad customer service but the product quality well worth anyways me and my sister have to find a person to help so we asked the one on the desk, it’s our first time buying from this shop, so we decided to buy us printers, sad thing is that his always recommending expensive printers and when we ask for the ones on sale he says it’s out of stock but there’s no sign saying it’s out of stock he left us and back to his precious desk leaving us to find our own printers. We google the printers brand and find out to see if it’s a good product to take, anyways wish he could help us, and there was a lot of things to explain so we ended up getting my eldest son to carry the printer which we decide to buy from all the way at the back of their store to the front. I wished we were serve like the other customers that was serve by others, even had a trolly to push their heavy items to the front. We got to the front the cashier lady was more helpful than the this guy who helped us. Bad experience for our first time there.
