Thank you for being an epic supermarket over the last two and a half years. Staff always very friendly and helpful. I'm moving to another part of the city otherwise would've kept shopping here.

This store has some serious stock control issues, there is always gaps on shelves and mainline products that are out of stock or unavailable, and asking staff for assistance you get a feeling like you are an inconvenience for asking them anything, it has to be one of the more poorly run NW in CHCH based on my shopping experience the times I have been there, being my closest store of any of the supermarket brands it's a real shame as I now just often spend the extra time to go to Hornby Countdown because I know they will at least have the things on the shelf to buy. I rarely leave reviews on anything ever, but after this evenings interaction with staff It feels something has to be said. Hopefully the management team read some of this feedback and take on board some positive changes.
