New World Supermarket St Martins

A very pleasant shopping experience. The mall is clean, spacious, and well-organized, with a good variety of shops and dining options. Easy to walk around and definitely a nice place to spend time.

Getting charged for things I didn't buy.nFrequently over changing errorsnThe response from staff was off hand to say the least. Didn't get an apology at allnnAlways check your receipt!nnBetter still go somewhere where prices are better and you dont get charged for stiff you didn't buy

Lovely lay-out, good selection of groceries and love that they still have a Deli and Bakery section where most supermarkets have moved to pre-packaged goods only. They have Lotto and also a Cafe at the entrance too.

We have high expectations of this branch because some people said this was the best New World. However one time, we had our order delivered, but the delivery guy wasn’t careful some bottles arrived broken.nnWhen I visited the branch, the manager wasn’t kind enough to explain things properly and just made me feel embarrassed. I only found out later that the branch isn’t responsible for online orders. It would’ve helped if that was clearly explained. I also wish there were an option to choose which branch handles your online delivery.nnThen today, our Clubcard wouldn’t swipe, and we had to pay full price, another frustrating moment. It’s just been a series of issues that add up. Shopping here has become inconvenient, and we’ve decided not to shop at this branch again.
