I come in weekly with a client of minenThe ladies in the deli are rude and judgemental. I absolutely dread coming to the deli part of the store. Worried they going to roll their eyes when we approach and laugh together while watching us walk of. Even after slamming our items on top of the counternSo unprofessionalnPeople come from all walks of life and judgement should be kept to yourselves.nRuins the whole shopping experience

Around 1:30pm today i seen a young male worker drop some loose mushrooms on the dirty floor where people stand and then proceed to pick them up and put them back on the shelf with the others!! Absolutely disgusting! A young woman made a point to say something just before me and he just shrugged her off!! As a previous reviewer has said, avoid the produce aisles!!

Generally have had good experiences at this New World and the staff. Recently had a more soured encounter with a staff when we asked about a promotion for a cooler bag. The cashier very helpfully pointed out the promotion but the gentleman helping her bag immediately refuted her and said that if we didn’t see a cooler bag that there weren’t any. We asked if he was sure and he said no there is no bag, if you don’t see a bag there are no bags. We asked if we should check and he wandered off disinterested. It was quite a strange experience.nnWe went back to check and it stated to get it from the customer service desk. We asked a separate cashier who then found a manager who went to get us a cooler bag.nnI think the key takeaway is to make sure staff aware of promotions. A bigger lesson is to let staff such as this gentleman know, that if he does not know the answer to simply refer to a manger instead of shutting down customers and wandering away. He was also standing beside the manager the entire time, not sure if she heard the initial conversation, but if she did than perhaps a general level of apathy has seeped into the morale of the group.

Very well-organized and friendly staff members. Various kinds of groceries and I love wine section haha

I always buy the stores home made biscuits from the bakery department that state on the bag there are 10 biscuits in the pack. This time we counted when we got home and there were 9,feeling ripped off
