New World Fendalton

Love the openness of this store, the fruit and veg choices are brilliant and displayed spaciously. Plenty of choice in the meat and delicatesant. Have had one negative experience with the person at the checkout but everyone else has been lovely. We go here sometimes for a change as the other New Worlds have different products that suit us better.

Five stars to Louis at checkout! He was very friendly, fast, and kind. Very positive and wished us a happy holidays.

There is a guy who only works short shift today 4-9 at checkout but had excellent customer service, recommended me to join Club card. He deserves a promotion

Made it into the New World today and had the best interaction/experience with an employee called Nathan. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to personally show us the gluten-free bakery area while he was working. He had a great sense of humour and was very impressed with his service, always with a smile. We will be coming back here more often!
