Went into the store tonight, had the most lovely interaction with a young staff member named Olive. Was incredibly helpful to me and answered all of my questions with great information and a smile. She is such an asset to your team and I hope she is a very valued member of staff. Well done Olive! Love to see young workers doing their job wonderfully, was very pleased with her work ethic.

I used the self service checkout today at around 1.50-2.00pm, the lovely lady working there was incredibly kind and made me smile.nI'm sorry I didn't get her name, but New World you have an amazing employee at your Ilam store! I'm sure she'll remember going out of her way to clean up a little mess I'd made haha

I love this New World. It feels very clean and fresh. The staff are nice and whoever is making the custard squares needs to be made King/Queen of the world bakery. These custard squares are on the highest level of food ever created by man kind.

Can't go wrong with New World Ilam! Locations convenient and prices are reasonable, especially with a NW club card.nnPlease bring back the Monster deal. I'm thirsty!

Nice clean supermarket. Well stacked shelfs. Lovley girls on checkout, lotto was shut unfortunately.nCarpark is close walk to the building. One best beer selections I've seen in Christchurch
