New World Ilam

I love this New World. It feels very clean and fresh. The staff are nice and whoever is making the custard squares needs to be made King/Queen of the world bakery. These custard squares are on the highest level of food ever created by man kind.

It seems like customer service no longer exists in this store. Items get listed as on special yet they are more expensive than they were last week. I live within walking distance but now choose to drive to any other supermarket. Staff no longer seem to want to be there, will not help when asked. Incredibly sad as I shopped here for 10 years

Went into the store tonight, had the most lovely interaction with a young staff member named Olive. Was incredibly helpful to me and answered all of my questions with great information and a smile. She is such an asset to your team and I hope she is a very valued member of staff. Well done Olive! Love to see young workers doing their job wonderfully, was very pleased with her work ethic.

I used the self service checkout today at around 1.50-2.00pm, the lovely lady working there was incredibly kind and made me smile.nI'm sorry I didn't get her name, but New World you have an amazing employee at your Ilam store! I'm sure she'll remember going out of her way to clean up a little mess I'd made haha

This quiet New World, may be not too big, but it is not the smallest either. Pretty decent size, it also has some nice pasta, tomato sauce and flour. Items like these are important as actual organic. They don't use Canadian wheat which contains herbicide. Tomatoes, also, are not overloaded with vinegar. Meat here is also very good, we always end up here to get some beef or pork. Staff is well prepared and helpful. Recommend
