New World Halswell

When we do our groceries we always pop in and have a coffee and a bite. We really like the cafe, it has a pleasant layout and the staff are very friendly, we often see the staff go out of their way to help people. Mums with babies, disabled etc. Our favourite foods are the toasted sandwiches and the berry smoothy, thanks guys, keep up the good work.

New World why do you always charge more for exactly the same product sold at Pak n Save? That are also owned by the same company, food stuff. These are the prices of the same product, sold this week at both New World and Pak n Save. It's a good thing Pak n Save is coming to Halswell, as I will shop at the cheapest store & that's not New World.

Terrible staff I know there's no store club card but obviously one staff member would have a club card to the store they work for and if they don't then your store isn't even worth going to if no staff even bothers with the club card and get some staff that pays attention had this lady zoned out at the counter for 10 minutes before she served anyone absolutely atrocious

Staff at Halswell are constantly unhelpful.nJust had another crappy experience today which is a timely reminder to go to Wigram or Lincoln New World where the staff always seem nicer.
