PAK'nSAVE Wainoni

Always seem to be out of stock, especially with essential items like nappies and bread. A friend who worked at foodstuffs told me Wainoni Pak n Save have a reputation for delaying replenishment of items.nLove the staff there though

Great staff, lovely clean and tidy store. However really dissapointing that there is no soft plastic return bin. With the amount of packaging in the products sold here its really poor form not to have somewhere we can return it to. A NZ owned store should have more care for the environment.

Good shop, pretty good prices considering there's not much competition around. Bakery and deli are some of the better of any supermarket in Christchurch. Fruit n vege tidy. Easy to get in and out of the carpark and the petrol station is likewise convenient.

Nice and convenient place for grocery shopping. The store is very clean and not very busy, so easy to walk around. However, some prices are slightly more expensive than other PnS branches like the one on Moorhouse ave, but still very affordable. The good thing is that the petrol here is one of the cheapest ones in town especially after the 10c discount, so it is still worth coming once a month.

Checkout staff member was totally uninterested and checkout supervisor showed no customer service skills and was very blunt when she told us we not allowed to put our hand basket items into our single bag ourselves at the checkout . We had five items hence no trolley. Said... No packing allowed at this checkout. You need to get a trolley. So can you remove all baskets as you are telling customers they have to have a trolley. Poor customer service. Please train your staff to be polite to customers. We are not an irritation. We are the reason they have a job.
