Discouraging when I asking for Help that receipt & items are Correct But end up get charged fornTwo Breads which J wanted & Only get One.nThe Scales beeped Unauthorized items & staff just looked but never re-checked.nCalled the store & call was Terminated by E- - - -.nBeen advised to return within 7 days for refund ???? Wanted the product.nUnderstand it was 7:58 & younger people just wanna be elsewhere.nCustomer Service- Hospitality in any area is a reflection of ones Respect & Empathy towards everyone.nJust saw that the Operator number is on receipt also which helps to educate & support the team.
Nice and convenient place for grocery shopping. The store is very clean and not very busy, so easy to walk around. However, some prices are slightly more expensive than other PnS branches like the one on Moorhouse ave, but still very affordable. The good thing is that the petrol here is one of the cheapest ones in town especially after the 10c discount, so it is still worth coming once a month.
I was recently in the store and had an amazing boy on checkout I think his name was Ashton? he was lovely with great efficiency, his smile made my day. Will definitely be coming back, please give him the recognition he deserves:nnAlthough I was not pleased to see the treatment of some of the staff by who I assume are supervisors, one of whom was extremely rude to her employees.
This store has zero regard for the needs of customers. They have plastic bags in the meat section for customers to take to put their meat in their freezer, we took a few for our meat, then when we were doing the self checkout a woman staff member said that taking the bags is stealing, I couldn't believe it, they have the bags for customers to use but when you take them they say it's stealing, I thought this woman must be some sort of neurotic so I didn't take any notice, but as we were passing the security guard near the checkouts he asked us what we were taking the bags for so we said it's to put our meat in, he said it's stealing and we should buy bags, I said it's ridiculous, the bags are there for customers to use and we shouldn't have to buy them, so he took the few bags off of us. It's obviously what the management is telling them, absolutely ridiculous. They also throw away tons of boxes that they could have at the front for customers to use for their groceries, but they don't do that because they want us to buy their rotten useless bags, trying to scrounge every cent they can at the expense of customers, making it very difficult for us customers to carry and transport our groceries. They are clearly displaying absolute disregard for the needs of customers, which is zero customer service. I recommend avoiding that place. I didn't want to give one star because I hate the way they are treating us human beings that are also their customers.
A quick, cheaper and easier shopping experience. If you are after a supermarket where can you can buy it all, in one place. You, will find it here. It you want a good range of products, options and alternatives and great customer in-house individual and bulk specials, you can find them here and get more bangers for your buck. and if you don't like crowds or standing in line and you plan your shopping to avoid their peak/busiest hours, then you can enjoy a stress free and painful shopping experience. Self or stationed checkouts to suit your shopping and service preference. A cafe and public toilet on site to help prepare, enhance or or eliminate interruptions in getting your shopping done, your family fed with less cost and hassle. Overall. Pretty good.
