New World Durham Street

A really great experience, went to New Zealand and this was the best supermarket by far. Amazing customer service, really clean and easy to navigate. The bakery and salad bar were definitely a main attraction with our family! It was well stocked and overall a great experience, however the friendly staff and great customer service made it stand out.

Jennifer in the bakery/deli was absolutely amazing!!!! She was very positive, patient, helpful, kind, with all around exceptional customer service. Especially during the busy holiday season!! Cillian at checkout was extremely friendly and kind. He wished us a great holiday season and had such a positive attitude! Five star service thank you!!!!!!!

Me and my friends had such an amazing experience on the 10th of October. We asked a kind lady called Hayley on the till if anything more of a product out pack and she had a great attitude and brightened up our day after she had helped us. Her attitude was amazing and had such great customer service. She needs a raise. Such an amazing worker and from this we will be returning to new world Durham street.

My wife and I just visited this supermarket and the experience is great. On top of that, an Lady named Alice assisted us a lot. I would like to appreciate her passion and assistance right here. New World management team, you have a great employee.

Helpful and friendly staff, loads of international products unavailable at other supermarkets, even though some are very expensive $19.99 for 24 pack of Weetabix; they used to be $10 when the English shop sold them. Easy to find products around the store, great selection of most items.nAlso staff can look up your New World club card if you don't have it with you , so you still receive the discounts.nIt's very old school, ie. They pack your bags for you. And customer service is usually great.
