FreshChoice Edgeware

I came in last Wednesday evening about 745pm. I was served by a young guy on the checkout. He was very friendly & had fantastic customer service. I heard him interacting with customers before me and his mannerism was lovely, I wish i knew his name as he definitely deserves the recognition. Please keep up the good work

So disappointed! I ordered 5 cartons of eggs, but when my order arrived, the receipt in the bag showed only 2 cartons. No one notified me about this change or substitution, and I was not contacted. Your prices are already more expensive than other supermarkets, and yet the service is this poor. I honestly don't know how you stay in business.

Not worth the shop honestly, barely ever has nappies or formula stocked, barely ever restocks any of their products, many times I have seen old stock or out dated items on their shelves, the state of the shop itself isnt great either, some shelves are very old and on dire need pf replacing, as they pose hazard with sharp edges and parts coming off. They also NEVER bother with Uber eats delivery orders, always giving the wrong things without noting it in the receipt or order notes, often they just refunding instead of looking for the items at all, or replace them with ridiculously expensive items last minute so you can't decline the replacement. On purpose it's my closest supermarket, I live on edgeware road, but I avoid it at all costs lately. It used to be great in there afew years back, always stocked and well taken care of and friendly talkative staff, sadly not anymore sad to see it's decline

The staff are quite jovial and helpful here .nA different selection of goods compared to the usual supermarket, which is a bonus. There is a variety of NZ honey produce.nThe avocadoes are a good buy and of the nutty type,It has a cafe and specialty foods for a treat or a gift! Must to visit, amongst a shopping centre in Edgeware.

Always kind, helpful staff. Must say if want to be very picky get in early for your bread, afternoons are hit and miss.
