15/2/24 Outstanding service from Trixie in the deli.nI shopped at NW Northwood yesterday with the intention of buying fresh ham, I knew that this store sold freedom farm ham, I don’t buy imported ham meat, there was none available at the deli but Trixie managed to get some ,from the cold store, she said she would slice me some and when I asked if she could cut it thick like a ham steak she did. Trixie gave such great customer support I really appreciated this.nMany thanks
Whist using self checkout tonight, the staff member who was assisting, needs customer service skills improved. In the time I was checking out, every customer she dealt with got an abrupt answer. Very disappointing, she did make a comment she started her shift at 3pm, this was 5pm so early on in the shift. . For a mature staff member, a smile could have gone a long way, with a pleasant answer to customer questions .
Have shopped here for 20years. Not sure what has happened over the last 4 to 6 months. Choise has gone down Lost the butchery and fish area. Fresh Mussells gone. Don't mind paying more but want the variety. Went to the new paknsav for the first time, has the fresh choise just have to pack.
First time I have ever been there. Very impressed with their ready to eat salads and the small bar where you can serve your own into a small container. Well laid out, friendly staff. Will be back if only to buy from their yummy deli area
Great supermarket. Large and varied selection of products, anything you could need. Fantastic to see it has a great range of Vegan products - probably the best I've seen yet in a supermarket. And it has the best supermarket Delicatessen in Christchurch in my opinion. The salad bar is great too. Don't have to wait in long queues to be served and always lots of parking available. Highly Recommended.
