It’s a large clean supermarket with a good selection of food nThings to improve:nTwice I have bought salmon that was off - once from the deli and once from the frozen section.nToo often the check out staff are unfriendly, with no smiles, no politeness.

Wasted 15 mins of my life looking for the pasta aisle. Come across no staff to ask. Ended up leaving the 5 things I had and going somewhere organised.

I’m annoyed. I shop here frequently and whilst it is a handy clean store expiry dates are my issue. Too much stock has a short expiry especially eggs and some packaged fruit and vegetables have damaged produce. This is especially true with lemons. Most annoying though is my recent experience buying pork sausages. I purchased 4 packs of store butcher sausages late Thursday 19th June after 6pm to discover that 2 packs had a best before 20 June next day and the other two 21 June. Yes I should have checked but when I raised it with a staff member it was dismissed as irrelevant. I spend serious coin at this store. Do I now shop elsewhere?

Whoever is that girl with the brown hair in produce needs a raise. She was working above and beyond her pay grade this morning. Whatever question I asked she knew the answer and replied straight away with a smile. My child was being very naughty and she just calmed him down right away. She is a true young wahine who has a lot of potential and will climb the ranks at New World Northwood. Will be coming back!

Great place to shop, amazing fresh deli food, delicious bakery items, especially the bread choices. Friendly staff, thank you!! nI have recently noticed in the last month or so that the ciabatta rolls I buy in the weekends have become very flat, doughy and small. I think the process they are using is different and definitely not as airy & crunchy as they usually are. Please go back to your original way of making and baking please
