New World Northwood

Whoever is that girl with the brown hair in produce needs a raise. She was working above and beyond her pay grade this morning. Whatever question I asked she knew the answer and replied straight away with a smile. My child was being very naughty and she just calmed him down right away. She is a true young wahine who has a lot of potential and will climb the ranks at New World Northwood. Will be coming back!

I dropped some cash in the car park here the lovely trolly boys actually picked it up and handed it in they could have pocketed it but they were very honest and kind. I shop here often and everyone is always very nice

Whist using self checkout today at between 12 pm to 12.30pm, the staff member who was assisting, needs customer service skills improved. In the time I was checking out, it wasy first time using new world dollar to pay for my goods and I just got a abrupt answer and no explanation whatsoever. For a mature staff member, a smile could have gone a long way...disappointing

Wow .. what a SUPER supermarket store you are n it was amazing to see on the Breakfast show this morning the beautiful smiles you put on theirs faces n the kids grabbing only the boxes of chocolate.. that was a crack up.nI wish we had a Manager like you in Eastridge Akld

Shop at New world Northwood quite often, have noticed and experienced over the last couple of years certain staff members are abrupt and quite dismissive. Does not make for a pleasant shopping experience while spending a lot of money!!
