MOBIL SMALES ROAD

Just visited Smales Mobil for the first time and tried to use my free coffee card. I was surprised to be questioned about where I had accumulated my stamps, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. I still answered politely, but the interaction that followed was quite unpleasant.nnThe staff member an older woman came across as blunt and dismissive, and there was no attempt to ease the situation or apologise for the tone. The whole experience felt unwelcoming and, to be honest, left me questioning whether I was being treated differently. I can’t say for certain, but it didn’t feel like a neutral or respectful interaction.nnOverall, this experience left a negative impression, which is disappointing for a first visit.

Only to there it all you want to do is fill up your tank. Air pump broken , have to ask for brushes for the water , no tissues and unhelpful staff when asking for assistance with checking tyre pressure which turned out to be a faulty machine

They don’t let me use my accumulated rewards with the card.nThis is my 3rd time that this petrol station has said that they have network error so I can’t use my smiles card and use my reward of 15 or 20 cents .nIt has started appearing to be a scam run by the manager / owner of this station to not give discounts to the customers . In my last visit which was my second time with issue here I was told it was a nation wide network issue so I can’t use my card . Immediately after this I stopped at Mobil on cavendish drive and they confirmed that their system had no issues .nI would urge Mobil to look into this operation and save the loyalty of the customers if you want to retain them. Be mindful there are many other players in the market who want more customers and their business and we have chosen to give our business to you but this won’t last long in this way.

Very bad experience in this branch, just finished My heart surgery, I wanted to use my points, but they set up some much barrier and excuses to let me stand and wait too long. Mobile only thinking their money, never think customers feeling, they don’t care even I just finished big surgery . Very Pitiless and heartless company.
