Always a pleasant experience at this BP. The staff are awesome and know their way around the espresso machine. Thanks team!nnHamish DorringtonnKakapo Business Sales
Horrible customer service from Staff.. Just saw another customer out similar review. Lady inexperienced loaded gas on wrong fuel, then told me to move the car to another pump. She was rude didn't even acknowledge by greeting or neither apologized for her mistake instead told me that I was wrong. I almost asked for a refund until the older experienced lady took over the till and fixed the issue of assigning fuel to the correct pump. Immature She was on her phone and interacting with other staff while processing my transaction as if she can't be bothered
Served by female staff Sanjana wearing glasses. Very poor and bad customer service. While taking order standing like dump no response at all. Need some training about customer service. Most of the reviews and complaints are about her. 0 Star
I had an unsettling experience at this petrol station today 15 March 2025, 2:30 PM at 300 Te Irirangi Drive, East Tāmaki, Auckland 2013.nnWhile I was pumping petrol, a homeless individual approached me asking for spare change. I politely said no and proceeded to pay for my fuel. However, as I was heading back to my car, he followed me and aggressively yelled that I should speak to him more politely next time or he would try to hit me.nnAt that moment, I felt threatened and quickly got into my car. As I was leaving, I saw through my side mirror that he attempted to kick my vehicle. This incident made me feel extremely unsafe, and I urge the petrol station management to take appropriate action to ensure customer safety.nnSince moving to New Zealand, I have always used BP petrol and appreciated the great service BP provides. However, after this incident, I will be more cautious when choosing a BP station. If I ever see another homeless individual at a station in the future, I will immediately look for another place to refuel.nnDue to this experience, I will not be returning to this station. I hope the management addresses such security concerns to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Horrible customer service from one of the female staff who wear glasses, Always serve customer with a smile or atleast with a greeting!! Very poor behaviour to be honest.
