Z - Browns Rd - Service Station

I ordered a coffee today and when I arrived there were no customers. My coffee was gross as the lady lacked listening skills. I asked for a hazelnut latte single shot with oat milk which I know she definitely rushed to make. Seeing there were no customers is relevant to my disappointment as there should’ve been no reason to rush my order. My coffee was definitely a double shot with full cream milk which is not what I asked for. If staff can not us simple listening skills then working in a customer focused environment is not the industry this woman should be in. This station will not be getting another cent from me in the future.

Terrible service with lady on counter, owner must look after there Z pump.nIts already recession and so many other option in market and this kind of customer service id not tolerable.nI never review if something by mistake but this girl is not even know about customer service.nThis is just for owner, rest of everything is good in store.

The Samoan ladies at this station are so awesome, they have top tier customer service. I had an issue where I lost a receipt I needed for work, Maxine told me to write down my details and her manager will arrange this from the backed storage and print it for me, I called the next morning at 9am it was all done. Awesome work, I appreciate it so much and the other lovely Samoan ladies I deal with as I purchase alot of gift cards for my work every week.

Z Browns Road is usually the most expensive and I only use this service station if I desperately need petrol. I much prefer Z by Southmall or if in Manukau Z Lakewood Drive. Both these service stations usually have good fuel prices. But if you are in Papatoetoe, do stop at either Mobil or Z - opposite each other on East Tamaki Road - as they both have excellent discount fuel prices.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service provided by the staff at the Z Petrol Station. As a customer, I had an unsatisfactory experience during my recent visit.nnThis refusal to honor the discount despite my entitlement to it has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. I am left questioning whether the staff operate on a commission-based system, as their actions seemed to prioritize completing the transaction over providing customer satisfaction.
