Z - Manurewa - Service Station

Lady at night sold me ice cream that was 3 months expired and when I brought it back to get a replacement she grabbed different ice creams out of the freezer and showed me the expiry on those and said mine wasn't expired because those ones she grabbed weren't. It took me about 15 minutes to explain that what happened was fraudulent and illegal and I finally got a replacement. Please hire competent staff.

I went to use the bathroom right before reaching the door I smelt pissed after opening the door I saw piss literally everywhere I told the quiet staff member she said it happened the night before but arriving after 10am to witness that knowing they didn’t intend to clean it I was disgusted if you want to know what a rest home smell like but don’t planning on visiting one then this is the place to go

Hi, Today was my 2nd day at Z . I have the worst experience. The one indian girl wear glasses. She is very rude. She was loud , I couldn’t hear at once what she said then I said sorry can you say again? She loud at me. I wont ever come to this Z service station again. That girl really ruined my day.Totally ruined my day

Bad customer service the lady work on 10 pm on Friday she is very rude. Worst experience and I feel very very bad she insult me. Should change the staff

Terrible forecourt service, busy AF, while some sour looking forecourt attendant moping around sweeping. refer to photo Not a good look. If it wasn't for friendly counter staff, I would've given them 1.nGas price doesn't reflect service.
