I would have normally put four stars. Good but not amazing. However, today the hot chocolate was so terrible i had to throw it out. Somewhere between cold and warm. No Carmel shot that i paid for. Using dirty hands to touch everything. i think 2 stars on average is generous for that dirt water.

This afternoon around 12ish I went to pay for my fuel and 2 Indian girls were on the phone talking to someone. I asked one of the girl who served me to stack my points but instead she was explaining me about an update which was not necessarily needed. So I asked her about and she asked stack or use then told another staff to attended me. At this time I was getting mad and when the second Indian girl came I just told her to use my points on Z card. This is not a good customer service at all. As far as I know when you’re at work you shouldn’t be on the phone talking to any families or friends especially not in your language while there’s a customer waiting to be served.nNeed to train staff how to serve customers and learn policies around work environment.

Rude service and cold coffee.. not to be racist but its all the Indians they get mad at me cause they cant speak or understand English? Not my fault its whoever is hiring them

Hi I went yesterday at Z Manurewa we ordered 3 chai latte coffee it was horrible by I think hardy the Indian girl and we ask if can u please mix properly and she spoke to us very rudely we feel very embarrassed front of staff and also we seen her speaking to their staff rudly it’s really bad for coming again and I’ve seen her in KFC before the way she spoke to me there as well so I think this could be risk for her thank u we never wanna come this has station thank u
