Caltex - Leabank Service Station

I’m not sure whether the person filling gas getting paid properly? Because he is using phone at all the time and forgetting to put the metal on and turning the down valve on when it’s finish from the top machine, he is so much busy with his phone that his working concentrating is not accurate, keep forgetting and I’m waiting like an idiot. Please use phones while you are on break if you are getting property paid for breaks.

If I could put no star I would! Very disappointing customer service! need to go back to school to learn how to count!. Staff do not know the difference between 91petrol from 95! why bother working there when you dont know these simple things. Customer service need to improve and maybe the manager need to stop taking customer complaints to the heart and lock the doors to get back at the customer! Might need to go take some anger management classes.

Keep an eye on the meter when you fill up LPG, Was a regular customer here. Noticed showing 8kg in the meter when asked there was some gas left inside said will get the refund inside. Went inside the one at desknot in uniform gave me $6. It seems like a routine for them. I mean cheating customer. Not going anymore
