Ok this place nw has a kai truck on side of gas station nex to there vape shop burgers are nice honey mustard nd there wraps yummy gud if u local u no u no lol there chips though best chips I've had in ages I go there jus for chips sometimes my sons fav local to go to very busi pl I noticed service ummm the woman be honest cn be arrogant jus being honest no smiles flat face customer service not all that good noticed to there's a man who's there all time dnt no if he's boss but is always looking over or down at people put me off nd he dnt got manners I found him actually quite rude specifically if you taking my muni guys because kai good service sucks onle one guy there that actually greets u nd has gud customer service xx kai good though guys ohw nd there pumps gt busi at this station xx ok they said share more small gas station gts very busy sometimes the lines are out the gate guys nd they are always busy filling gas bottles here long line for that to if you catch it wrong wich is usually late arvo staff gas station owns the kai truck vape shop there to so there smart gt everything in one place but they do gt busi I have found there slow filling the bottles not always on point either iuse to fill my bottle here cause once upon a time they were gud nd cheaper not nw but as I said staff ned customer service they cn be quite arrogant thats not gud for buso go there yourself dnt cme at me this is jus hw my experience was whanau kiaora xx

Not great customer service. I was expected to know how their system worked although I hadn't been there before. But it was the only place for kms that will fill LPG bottles, and price was competitive compared to bottle swap elsewhere

I got very bad experience, lady standing on the counter with no staff dress don't know how to speak with customers.nLpg Gas bottle refill price they up to 35 dollars for refill, they doing what they want and I got my bottle refill from other caltex which costs me 28.01 dollars. 7 dollars is a big difference and people are earning very hard and I saw people are frustrated. Might be something going on under the table. If issue will not fixed need to take further step.

Gas thieves at Caltex Leebank StationnnI filled two gas bottles here – one only had about 8.1kg and the other 8.4kg. When I questioned it, both attendants tried to justify it with some story about “remaining gas” and “different bottle types” costing $30 vs $32. None of this was explained at the cashier when I paid.nnThis feels dishonest. Instead of clear information, they gave excuses and tried to cover each other. I’ve never heard such stories before, and it seems like a way to make extra money off customers.nnMy advice: If you ever go here in an emergency, make sure to ask clearly how many kilograms of gas you’re paying for and at what price before handing over your money.nnI definitely do not recommend this place – very disappointing experience.

I’m not sure whether the person filling gas getting paid properly? Because he is using phone at all the time and forgetting to put the metal on and turning the down valve on when it’s finish from the top machine, he is so much busy with his phone that his working concentrating is not accurate, keep forgetting and I’m waiting like an idiot. Please use phones while you are on break if you are getting property paid for breaks.
