Night lady worker makes worst coffee frfr. Extra extra hot burned my mouth. No froth. Bad attitude and makes weird faces. If you want to ruin your night it’s a must go.

I had the worst experience ever at this BP. Having worked for BP in the past, I've always felt a connection with the company and consistently chose BP for my gas. However, today's visit was incredibly disappointing. There was an employee with a weird hairstyle and a ponytail who was unbelievably rude and arrogant. His service was abysmal, and he is in desperate need of customer service training. This experience has seriously made me reconsider my loyalty to BP.

At 1:20 am in the morning 30th of September 2023 Saturday . I'm waiting outside the order window waiting for the lady on the counter to finish talking on the phone and serve me as it was cold and raining outside , and she let me stand out there whilst still on her phone while I'm getting wet and on top of that has an attitude now 3 mins to wait doesn't sound long but it is when it's raining and they know it . Please someone deal with this person she should not be working there

Poor service using my bp me to fuel my car when the lady behind the counter interrupted my transaction by opening the pump this is the second time this lady had done this and she has been told not too! She just lucky I could cover the extra cost of my fuel I didn’t intend to put that much fuel in. What if I couldn’t pay the extra cost. The pumps are meant to be prepay for this very reason! I told her to her face I was not happy that I will be placing a bad review listen to your customers for heavens sake this is the second time the same lady done this do it again and I won’t pay the extra fuel leave people to use their bp me apps I’m just really angry! Managers please train your staff and actually make sure they are doing their jobs effectively!
