MOBIL WIRI STATION

Customer Service is appalling. Rocked up to this place as my car is on E, and I needed to fill. Ok, call me old school, but I always always pay at the counter after I fill up my car. Even when I get told over the speaker, it's prepaid. A simple response I say is that I have a fuel card that usually allows me to continue filling. In this case, it did until I reached $35, and it stopped. Wondering why it stopped I let go of the button you pressed on the handle wait for a mere 3 seconds and at this point I see the gentlemen at the front counter looking under neath the counter, he appears up and all of a sudden it continues pumping. Ok now there is movement. Around $76. Few cents extra it stops and I mean completely stops. Waiting more than 10 seconds and nothing. I tell my daughter to go to the front counter to let him know the pump has stopped. She's there a good minute or 2 and I'm like why is it taking so long. She comes back and I asked her what happened. What mattered to me in that conversation is the gentlemen saying it stopped because my car is full. Hang on I have a Volkswagen SUV so there is no way $76 filled up my car COME ON. By then I'm frustrated and gave up. I make my way to the Front counter to let the man know there is something wrong with your pump and I don't believe the assumption he made to my daughter that my car is full is not correct. He carried on to say it's manned by a computer and he has no control over yet he not once offered me to use another pump if it's controlled by a computer? He believes there is nothing wrong with the pumps at his gas station and suggested that maybe there is a limit on my fuel card why the pump stopped. Now by this time I'm getting frustrated because the excuses coming out of his mouth and refusing to listen to the customer to pass on to his boss that there is a problem with the pump and him suggesting there is an issue with my car lead me to believe I was judged by my appearance and mostly like looked like a thug because I was in a hoodie and sweat pants and he was concerned I was going to pay. Obviously I paid my $76 and was over his lack of judgement and deaf ears that I truly believe he stopped filling up my car on purpose because when I drove to another Mobil station on Gt South Road Manurewa not to far from this stupid gas station, my car was finally full after a further $106. Now this gentlemen wasn't fond of me talking back and I know I held my tone with him and listened to him with all the many comments saying nothing is wrong with his gas station in the years he's been there and he also mentioned he's the boss but the moment he said there is a limit to my card why the pump stopped, yet I could go to another gas station, add all of this together and tell me if I'm in the wrong. I walked away disgruntled and for him to feel I attacked him. Goes to show he lacks service completely. Boss or not don't think so he lost my business filling up my car there and I will share my experience with others because his corner gas station was just a mere in the way. Not any more. Yep I felt I could hand him the receipt and prove him wrong but putting up my feedback to let anyone else willing to read this is far more preferable. On another note if he felt he was afraid I wouldn't pay because of the amount of crimes happening with people taking off with gas cos I know that still happens. I've been down this track before. Tell me your uncomfortable and ill happily hand over my wallet, ID or fuel card. I've done this in the past but ask me. Don't make up bull crap just to prove a point but you really look stupid. Pump reads my fuel card. DUM DUM DUM

I use this place all the time. I honestly have never actually been inside, always use pay at the pump. No complaints, always easy to access and always has a pump free, never had to wait.

Well stocked. Service is OK too most times. Coffee machine could do with an upgrade. Terrible coffee. Pumps aren't too busy most days.

Pump locked… attendant not paying attention. Rise and repeat twice.

Such amazing staff. Great team.
