Great service and great value!nnStopped by Z - Lakewood Court and grabbed myself a cream chicken pie — only $5.20! With prices going up everywhere, that’s seriously good value, especially when BP’s pies are going for $7.20. Tasted great and hit the spot.nnService was quick and easy, in and out without any hassle. Staff were friendly and everything was clean and well-stocked. Very happy with the whole experience. Will definitely be coming back!

Great, clean, and tidy gas station — everything looked well-maintained and organized, which is always a plus when you’re stopping in for fuel or a quick break. The pumps worked well, the forecourt was spotless, and the store was nicely stocked with the usual essentials. However, I have to say the customer service left a bit to be desired. The serving staff weren’t particularly friendly, and I barely got acknowledged when I walked in. A simple smile or a “hello” really goes a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere, and it doesn’t cost anything to be polite. It felt a bit cold and transactional, which is a shame considering how great the rest of the place was. Hopefully, management encourages the team to be a bit more approachable — it would make a big difference to the overall experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with the Z Lakewood Court, Manukau branch. I’ve been a regular and loyal customer, but my experience on Thursday evening, 13 November was totally unacceptable.nnI ordered two large caramel mochas and was treated very rudely by a staff member named Harpreet Kaur. The service was unprofessional, and the coffee was poorly made. When customers are paying high prices, we deserve respect and properly made drinks — not attitude and carelessness.nnThis experience has completely ruined my trust in this branch. I will never come back here again. Z Energy needs to seriously look into this location, retrain the staff, and improve customer service standards before more loyal customers walk away.

Nice and convenient place to get some food, drinks or petrol. Friendly staff .The station is also very clean.nPS: Please replace some of the chocolate croissant as the one I had was uneatable.
