Z - Lakewood Court - Service Station

Great, clean, and tidy gas station — everything looked well-maintained and organized, which is always a plus when you’re stopping in for fuel or a quick break. The pumps worked well, the forecourt was spotless, and the store was nicely stocked with the usual essentials. However, I have to say the customer service left a bit to be desired. The serving staff weren’t particularly friendly, and I barely got acknowledged when I walked in. A simple smile or a “hello” really goes a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere, and it doesn’t cost anything to be polite. It felt a bit cold and transactional, which is a shame considering how great the rest of the place was. Hopefully, management encourages the team to be a bit more approachable — it would make a big difference to the overall experience.

The little Indian lady Kiran was very rude and disrespectful. She should not be in a customer facing role as she does not know how to talk politely to costumers and treat them with respect. I had a question regarding a sign in store which was not very clear and asked her a question to which she replied in an offensive rude manner. A message to Z Management, you should not be employing people of this nature as they are harmful to your brand. I was once a regular at this store and will be telling friends and family to avoid this branch at all cost!!

Ordered some essentials through Delivereasy and although I didn’t receive all the items requested, I received a substitute and more to accomodate for the mishap, Andrew is a champion!!!

Nothing of unusual as had a read through before putting my review. Usually it’s good experience but today3/2/25at 8 pm I had weird experience as the lady at counter was quite rude more concerned about fiddling with her phone, I empathise with customer service people cause I have been there. But her attitude is not in place, please owner get it corrected!

New UpdateAfter undergoing renovations Z Lakewood Court was closed for some months but is open once again.nIt is back up there on the list of most Affordable Petrol Prices. A clean, Well Run Petrol Station nUpdate Sep-22: No longer one of my favourite Service Stations and have become one of the most expensive Z's in my area over the past year.nOne of my favourite Service Stations for fuel with competative fuel prices. Highly recommended.
