My experience at this store was absolutely terrible. I specifically ordered a large hot chocolate without marshmallows, but the first drink still had marshmallows in it. When I asked for a remake, the second drink was nothing but water with chocolate powder dumped in. It's incredibly frustrating when staff members can't even get a simple order right and ruin the entire customer experience. It's unacceptable and I hope the management takes immediate action to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. This kind of incompetence is simply inexcusable.

Charles is always super friendly and his coffee is always nice and smooth. He does really good job and i am glad his son in the evenings also make good coffee.

Such a bad service for car wash I went today for wash my car. There’s no chemicals at all. I called them inside the car wash for help. Lady said my manager is not available for next 1 hour. how come manager not inside the premises?

Absolutely disgusted order a coffee on uber eats at 10pm now is 11.19pm I rang and ask where is my order he told me we are busy I said well don’t do Uber eats then he abused me and hung up in my ear I rang back and told him I am a regular customer been coming there for 15 years I will report u to your manager ur rude oh no plez plez don’t Maybe he should have better manners then hang up on me as for BP this is the 3rd time I will never order Uber from u ever again Absolutely disgusting service 1 hour 20 minutes I should have just driven there !!!!!!!

DISGUSTING WOMANS TOILETS!!! Urine on the toilet seat and floor, sanitary bins over flowing, sink is mouldy and filthy floors. Would not recommend this petrol station imagine what we can’t see.
