bp Truckstop

Waited in the pump for a while but didn't work. Went in and got told that the cashier couldn't see my number plate thus didn't open it. I had waved multiple times as well to draw attention. I'm parked less than 3 meters away from the camera. A very bad first experience. Haven't had this at other BPs.

Look like lazy staff working At Takanini bp today from 8pm. Vacuum not working they didn’t put any sign on vacuum at all.

What a depressing experience. Wasted our time for about 30-40min only car wash and after that it was saying machine fault. We want our refund and top up for another car wash. We need full compensation. Time is very precious and takanini Bp wasted our time. Just came back from doctor and need a rest. Had horrible experience at this bp and won’t recommend car wash from this bp.

It is very obvious that having clean toilets for their customers is very low on their customer service agenda. Unisex toilets and they are disgusting. Doubt if they have had a clean in weeks. Considered taking a photo but would be enough to make you puk.

On 25.09.2024 at 18:55,I intend to fill my car oil,but I tried so many times.The indin women not allow me to do it,I see all peoplecn do it first and pay later at that moment.I used do like this,but this time she cannot allowed me to add oil first. When Igo to pay the money I asked her why,but she just pretend not understand,so I abundant and paid her.When she asked me whether I need receipt,I said yes please,she not gave me after I see the receipt. She just let stand here ans wait,then give it to me.It is really rude.
