Staff need to be more aware of how they are making you feel when you walk into the storenand when spoken to they speak down to you. I don't come here often because that's how im treated not by one but all. I've got money to pay for the items im wanting like food jelly cups or mousse or cold beverages Ice coffee for myself and water or juice? for my kids. Dont stare me down its rude and don't watch me like im going to steal. Your foods not that great and it's only if my kids want something I pop in as its on our way to our destination.nTeach your staff to get better customer service skills.nnI'm not racist nor am I angry well writing this, just don't feel it's nice to be treated that way when coming up to the counter im greeted with a ugly stare and ugly attitude.nnAnyway hopefully if or when I do pop back in im greeted like an equal like the rest.nn

Hard to get to and won’t even let you prepay inside for USA credit cards. We were told to go to another gas station. We filled up at the BP down the street without a problem.

I get that Night ‘n Day and the Gull petrol station are separate businesses, but the pay-at-pump only takes physical cards, no contactless. Ended up going to BP down the road to fill up instead. They really need to sort out contactless payments or they’ll keep losing customers.

The pay at the pump option is great. Especially for a fill up. Went on a gull discount day, so, we saved a lot of money for the fill.
