Rush to return car in Hertz and found this petrol station. Able to use my New world coupon. Everything is smooth and price is cheaper than others.
The free air pump is broken and will just let the air out of your tyres. When I asked if they had a foot pump at the counter the lady just shrugged her shoulders and said I must have broken the pump as nobody has ever complainednLuckily the tyre shop next door could help. The guy there said people come to him all the time with deflated tyres from that gas station!!
Ordered coffee online today, 'ready in 20mins', at 8:24am, fair enough, must be busy. Get there and the lady doesn't start making it it till 8:40am. Z - Sort your staff out.
Today ordered coffee at 3am online while i was on the to airport for work6-7 min before.nCame to Z no coffee ready even no one serving. Waited 2-3 min and one one came out from office or back store what-ever. Told her i have ordered online than she start making my mocca, tasted cooffee while driving and it was cold. Bad morning
Hands down best hot and evan better customer service. Thankyou Foga I hope your valued at your job because you deliver excellent customer service. I have also left feedback on the z survey as your customer service is the best I've had in a long time.
