Z - Otahuhu - Service Station

There is a young island girl working morning 8.30am 5/5/24 who has very rude manners.nThe toilets are also dirty and yuck, no toilet paper.n0 stars if I could .

I would give this place no stars if I could. The Indian lady who works as the cashier needs to learn customer service skills because I swear to God one day something will happen for starters she’s rude second she does not listen. She made so many mistakes at the pump today, and it’s not the first time where she will even respond rude or just not help you at all. If she doesn’t like working in this country, she’s more than welcome to go back home. I don’t mean that with any disrespect, but whoever manages the Z station put her and check before someone else does next time rather than hiring with the family get someone with customer service experience to run the store.

Today I noticed unsatisfactory customer services from the lady at the front counter and also the elderly sales Man who was making coffees. I felt sorry for the customer that was standing/waiting for along , all he wanted was to fill his petrol. Both workers were focusing on making coffees , when the customer mentioned that he was waiting for a long time , the lady at the front counter had a go at him. I also over heard the elderly sales also say something to the man as well. This is not the first time I have seen/experienced bad customer services at this Z site. I felt sorry for the customer when the lady walked out and started arguing with the man in front of other customers. Shame on the 2 workers , this is not customer services , this was plain bullying. X station head office , you really need to look at the customer services skills of your workers at princess street and also your Mt Wellington site.
