Z - Sylvia Park - Service Station

Visited today 18.01.2024 just after 4pm. Who ever the young lady serving needs some credit. She made a beautiful coffee and her huge smile as i walked in just made my rubbish day better.

Worst manager I’ve ever come across. Calling a customer stupid for giving him wrong pies and saying have a nice day after giving him he’s refund. Her customer service skills is way below zero. One star rating is more then what they deserve.

It is easy to access the premises. The place has enough room to park your cars and is a good place for quick snacks.

I come here often, the customer park in the petrol station area and walk inside the mall for shopping purpose, if you need to put fuel in your vehicle you have to wait for other customers to finish drink their coffe/shopping/errands... also the printing machine never works or have the paper to print the receipt. Make me loose so much time. They do not care

Another disappointing experience this morning at your non friendly Z station Mt Wellington. We ordered coffee for 3 people, even though we were the first ones to order our coffee yet we were the last to receive our coffees. There were at least 5 people ordering after us. The staffs excuse was that they only ordered one coffee so they got served first! This is by far the worst experience we have faced with this branch . We wonder if Ty hear reviews actually reach the branch??? This is not the first time we have had a very bad customer service experience at Z station , Mt Wellington.
