Z - Glen Innes - Service Station

Went in for a car wash. I bought the ticket but the machine wasn’t working. The lady sold me the ticket anyways. I went back to ask for a refund and she refused, she said to come back tomorrow. I had to ask for a new ticket as the machine had already used my number.nUnbelievable, how they sell you a service they know they can not provide, and then refuse to refund you.

Went to this Z this week.nPlease, train the indian lady behind the counter. She needs basic customer service training and a minimum of correct behaviour.nShe looked litteraly like I was bothering her. No smile, 3 words answers. Bad attitude...nI don't recommend

I have been coming to Z Glen Innes for many years now and a cheeky little secret about this place is that it’s time to maybe one of NZs best car washes, paying $4+ a little petrol is never fun but at least the service is great here too help soften the blow.nGreat food options in the pie warmer, please bring back the chicken tenders!nnJames AshwinnKakapo Business Sales

My I suggest training the staff members on customer service and knowledge.nnAnd responding to complaints without coming off upset.

Being a very regular customer, got the worst customer service from a lady Punjabi staff now. She doesn't know how to behave with a customer.
