Worst experience at this BP this morning. Ordered 8x coffee’s. To start with the lady behind the counter was rude and dismissive whilst I waited to order. I wait for my order and when I got to collect from the counter there were 8 cups sitting on the counter. I asked the lady if there was a cup holder/tray I could put the drinks in to which she rudely replied like I’d irritated her that they’d run out. Would have been nice to know that upfront I’d have to carry 8 coffee’s individually - probably would have gone elsewhere if I’d known they run out of trays….. to top off the entire experience when I got to my destination and tasted my coffee I discover that they’d put the sugar in the wrong coffee so it was disgusting. Very annoying that she hadn’t listened, was rude, got the order wrong and was a waste of money. Won’t ever go there again!

This has got to be the most depressing and empty service station I’ve ever been to. The attendants are so slow and there is always a huge line in here. I wish it was a Mobil

The staff are friendly. The food is good. Yet the toilet was the dirtiest BP toilet I have been in all year. Looking at the corners of the floor and the basin, it looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned for days if not weeks.

Fresh tank of gas, a couple Memphis chicken bites and a flat white from Wildbean that was surprisingly good. I like how many food options BP now offers, from St Pierre’s sushi to Dunkin’ Donuts. Very busy station even during night, non stop servicesnnThe staff Duncan is amazing hard working unconditionally as I paid for Diesel which hadn’t been pumped into my car. When I asked Duncan why and he couldn’t find the details and couldn’t get a solution for it. Instead he gave me the credit to fill my car as how much I paid for, to solve the problem efficiently with trust. Good restoring reliable services. I went to Caltex 1.4Km away which was closed without night services and I cannot pay by Efpos card. Online app takes me over 20 mins which doesn’t work in the end. BP New Market is the saviour for me to fill the diesel with no drama
