I don’t feel safe to eat food here. I was waiting in the queue to pay for my petrol, saw this pigeon wondering around initially then it flew up to where tongs and paper bags are and started to eat the crumbs. None of the staff here looked interested in maintaining tidy store

I’ve been getting coffee here for almost a year, and honestly it’s a coin toss. Some days it’s decent, other days it’s straight-up undrinkable. The staff seriously need a refresher on how to make coffee, because it feels like every single one of them is convinced they make the best coffee ever — and the cup says otherwise.

Terrible customer service not welcoming at all, believe these reviews and how anxious people are saying this place makes them because it’s not okay and I wouldn’t waste any time asking them to make anything off their “cafe” menu either. I asked to order a Krispy Kreme shake around 10.30 the other night and lady I was speaking with behind the counter was so rude “absolutely not, I’m not doing that right now I’m here by myself they take too long.” Comical to be honest.

Accidentally paid online to Larnach BP instead of Newmarket. Barista working today absolutely delightful no dramas and understood the issue and made our coffees. Love the service at this BP.

What a dirty and disgusting establishment. The condition of their toilets makes you feel dirtier coming out. It stinks of urine. The sink is black like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks and they serve food here? I wonder how they keep the kitchens. Only good for cold drinks or shelf snacks. This establishment is not helping the cbd areas appearance. It never used to be this disgusting.
