Rudest customer service I have ever experiencednWorst ever staff and their managernnI bought pies and coffee, was waiting at counter to pay but lady behind counter didn’t even look or serve me, then I went to coffee Side counter to pay but lady there refused to accept payment there and asked me go back to other counter when she just served other customer at that till ,nnI went to other side still other staff had to tell lady to serve menI asked for my coffee to be extra extra hot which they made , but when I asked to make it double cup they charged $0.60c extra , first ever time in whole NZ I have paid for double cup,nTalked to their manager she was same as staffnnBP team should read their reviews and take action to make service better for customersnIt’s not only me , other customers have complained about rude customer service as well

Rudest and worst customer service from one of the staffs that served me at that time! Better steer clear from ordering their hot or cold beverages since he will let you wait for 15mn for just one cold drink. It wasn’t even busy by the time that I ordered; Rather than making right after he took the order, he just walked away and came back pretending like he forgot abt it.

Incompetent and racist customer service. Got refused to buy cigarettes, apparently you need to have a kiwi driver license or kiwi passport which doesn’t make any sense if you are a foreigner. I spoke to the New Zealand health line and got confirmed that you have to accept any international passport.nFunny enough you guys sold my minor flatmate 15 minutes later cigarettes without even asking for an ID.nWell done guys!

A convenient gas station! They serve great #wildbeancoffee coffee here and a huge range of pies too. Ample car parking space, a few toilets too inside the building. We like to hang around here for a cuppa after office hours. Staff are friendly and dedicated.nnAll of our mates from #drmobileslimited frequent this place to pump gas and grab a bite of food year round.nnMost of engineers tend to stop here for a short break after delivering those repaired #iphonexsrepair, #ipadprounlock and those #iphonexr which has issues with #ioslocked.nnThis place is cost enough for me to use my #samsunggalaxys10 to whip out #phoneinsurance damage report!nnHighly recommend this place to all Aucklabd motorists and general public!!

Fresh tank of gas, a couple Memphis chicken bites and a flat white from Wildbean that was surprisingly good. I like how many food options BP now offers, from St Pierre’s sushi to Dunkin’ Donuts.
