BP

Posting here to let everyone know that car wash only open 7am-7pm and there might not be any signs or cones to tell you it is already closed. I had to back out a curvy driveway in the dark as the staff was unwilling to open the gate to let me out. One of the lady staff is very unhelpful and told me wrong information. None of the staff express any signs of apologies. Really disappointed about the infuriating experience tonight.

I have discovered a new reality TV channel. I know this channel been out since the beginning of time, at first it's boring seeing numbers, but in 2026 I just recently tuned in - just for entertainment purposes only especially for our luxurious Non-drivers in Ponsonby.nnI would give you a 5 star for this awesome channel. Unfortunately, I will deduct 1 star for replacing the ANZ ATM with a rip-off ATM machine.

Must say i received one of the best customer services experiences in recent memory on the 9th of June around 11pm. The young male pakeha staff member you had on deserves a raise. His banter and customer service was nothing short of excellent. The world needs more service staff like him. I really hope he gets some sort of commendation or recognition

On January 15, 2026, at 4:10 am, I ordered three flat white coffees with oat milk. Unfortunately, the coffee I received was cold, despite my clear request for hot coffee. My colleagues also confirmed that the coffee was cold. Regrettably, I did not catch the name of the person who served me.nnThis incident has left me very disappointed with the service. The lack of attention during night hours is concerning and suggests that the staff may not be fully attentive during this time. I would strongly recommend against visiting during these hours based on this experience.

Normally love the people working but on Monday 6th at approx 10:50pm I went up to the BP for a late night snack with my friend and a rude lady serving us was on the phone the whole time while telling us to hurry up and order saying “faster faster” She then was saying nothing was in stock when it clearly was. She was Not kind, she was utterly rude and pointed at me while making rude faces as I was asking where to pay. Terrible service absolutely shocking, I am a regular and I am so disappointed she should be sacked.
