Z - Northcote - Service Station

Had a lovely experience with one of the staff serving. She expressed how nice it was having father and son time with my boy then provided him some marshmallows. Gave me a warm feeling with her kindness.

I love Z hot drinks and they’re always well made. However, so disappointed tonight. I ordered a medium matcha & this is how much I’ve received made by the worker Teancum after the foam has settled. Was gonna ask for another one made but I was running late for work. So disappointing! What a scam!! Would go to a different Z for drinks. Avoid at all cost.

There are two lady staff when I bought 2 toastie sandwich. I ask them if they could heat it up. The lady just grab it. I dont even had the chance to ask het to cut it in half. She gave back the toastie heated on a microwave. Mushy and still cold. Their attitude is can't be bothered. Not very friendly. Im the only customer around. Very poor customer service!

The young island girl who works in the afternoons she can do with some Customer service training!! Soo rude doesnt even say Hello! Everytime i come in she is on her phone. If you have time to go on your phone behind the counter you should have time to say Hello to customers instead of ignoring them and giving us the evil look! Howw rudee learn some manners
