Z - Northcote - Service Station

I often visit this Z station, especially on weekend nights, and the night staff member looks Indian always provides excellent customer service. He is welcoming, hardworking, and constantly busy keeping the shop running smoothly. Really appreciate his great service. Thank you.

I appreciate there's not many great reviews here so for a change, I want to give a shout out. Thanks to the friendly lady who stands on the corner of Z Onewa Rd supporting children walking in and out of St Mary's Northcote, AM and PM, on the path of outgoing Z vehicles. As a mother whose children benefit from having a tall visible adult safely cross, I greatly appreciate her doing so with care, sense of service, and smile. I hope Z continues to support this health and safety initiative for the young ones and their customers, alike.

I had 3027 points. Buying a pie deducted 500 points, but this female staff member deducted 500 points from my phone three times, telling me I could only buy one pie and the rest could only be drinks. I lost 1500 points of my gas points. She even emphasized that she had worked there for two years, and her attitude was extremely rude, completely different from the male staff. In the end, she withheld all the pies… I lost 1500 points of my gas points. I have never seen such a rude woman and such an attitude. From now on, I will never refuel or buy anything here

Wrong prices on items. Deceptive tactics. $6 for a can coffee but says $5 on everything next to it. No $6 label anywhere. Wonder how many people just took the L.
