As a regular customer at the BP Birkenhead station, I am writing to commend the exceptional service I received today. The level of hospitality, care, and attention to detail was truly outstanding. After refueling my vehicle, I visited the café for my usual coffee and confectionery. The experience was made memorable by two of your attendants, whose professionalism and friendly demeanor were exemplary. This was, without a doubt, the finest service I have encountered at this location Thank you Dimple and thank you Jules

Great service. Love there coffee specially navi and jass .Always made our daynWe always buy 6 coffees together and they never made it in rush , coffee always same and perfect. There food is amazing .nSometimes pump have issues and vacuum never working

BP Birkenhead used to be my favourite place to charge my EV, but after today’s experience, I’m extremely disappointed — especially with the customer service.nnDuring the maintenance of the front parking area, a lot of non-EV vehicles have been occupying the charging docks. Today, the app showed the charger as available, so I drove there, but when I arrived, two non-EV vehicles were already parked in the EV charging spots. I assumed they were just quickly visiting the shop, so I waited about 10 minutes before going inside to speak with the staff.nnWhen I told the lady at the counter, she told another staff member to move his car — but he just told me to wait another five minutes, with no apology or basic manners. It wasn’t until another EV driver came in and spoke to them that he mentioned their manager had told them to park there.nnI understand the car park is under maintenance, but that’s no excuse. There are plenty of off-street parks nearby. It’s completely unacceptable for staff to park in EV charging spots and treat customers with such a poor attitude!!

Used the ATM here and it worked well. It charges $2.50 to take out money. The place looks clean and tidy, and the fuel price was okay.
