Pump number 1 still down.nnPump number 1 91 is always unavailable at BP Birkenhead. Surrounded by orange cones. Has been like this off and on for over 12 months. Incompetence that this can't or won't be fixed. The core business of any petrol station is selling fuel - that should be an incentive to fix it, already. It should be the most used pump, because over 50% of vehicles have their fuel cap on the passenger side, and also because considerate patrons pull forward when both pumps in a row are available.nnUPDATE 20 July - this pump is down again. I hope BP are not paying for the continuous ineffective and useless repairs because if they are the pump specialists are ripping them off. Fix it, already, permanently.nnUPDATE 25 July - guess what? Still not fixed. What's wrong with them?

Disguating customer service,i was judged my the staff. A staff made a rude remark about my weight ,no i didjt let it go i lost my shizz. This is not why you wake up to go to work for fool! Its not your job to judge me by my size!! Respect should be taught cause affter this visit ima ban myself for this staffs safety!!! TonMake it worst she spoke it in her own language to my husband !!!!! Livid

They lieing about the price of petrol I calculated the price of the petrol with the amount of the petrol you get into your car and it don’t add up your end up paying way to much for little amount of petrol your getting gull are way better and other gas station

I just used the 'ultra clean regular' car wash service at BP Mokoia Road. The service states that it provides your car with a double-foam wash, a under car clean, a wheel clean and a hot wax and rinse among other things. After the service had finished, I went back to talk to the store attendant to ask for a partial refund as the car wash did not do the wheel clean or hot wax and rinse as promised. The attendant basically gas lit me and said, 'how do you know it didn't do it' and wouldn't accept that the machine could be at fault or that I knew what I was talking about. I left without being able to resolve the matter and now won't be using this service station again. Really disappointed in the complete lack of care shown and customer service. Hopefully others learn from my mistake.

91 octane {probably the most common fuel sold} pumpsn29/02/2024. offline most of the dayn01/03/2024 Mid Day Pumps still offline , ask a staff member what is going on she says she has no idea, ask when it will be fixed, Told somebody was supposed to come this morning .nAsked if they had followed it up, response dunnonAsked if I am the only one to query this , response , NopenAsked if possibly it might be a good idea to talk to a manager and have answers to try and inform customers, of what is being done.nShe just stood there looking at me like I was speaking a foreign languagenSimply unacceptable that part of big chain, can have an issue, no apparent remedy in site and staff with no clue and even less understanding of customer service
