I had a very bad experience at the Hobsonville BP today. I went in to buy a green tea, and the staff member at the counter try to charged me $8, which was the wrong price. When I pointed it out, she checked the Monitor and realised I was correct but instead of apologising, she said I was being rude. She then started talking to another staff member in a different language while I was still there, which felt very disrespectful.nnIt was quite disappointing to be treated this way. I hope the management reviews the CCTV and trains staff to communicate politely and handle customers properly.

I had a camper van emergency to deal with & had to pull into an “unfortunate” spot. Basically I was more of a nuisance than a customer . In spite of that, the staff were very accomodating… most especially Meleane . Thank you for your kindness, it’s reassuring in these times to find decent kind humans :

The 24-hour self-service machine at this BP station is really inconvenient. It only allows a maximum of $150 per transaction, so I had to pay twice just to fill my tank. This is a waste of time and very frustrating. Hopefully BP can improve this system soon.

BP Hobsonville is a fantastic gas station with friendly and welcoming staff. The toilets are always spotless, the environment is clean and well-maintained, and it's a reliable and pleasant stop every time thank you

Really cool flagship store in the area. Heaps pumps available and all deliver all types of fuels, no new to queue up in a particular lane for diesels etc. Massive space, plus the own car wash and 3rd party car wash down the drive. Multi point of entry. Fancy equipments inside the store, they even sell hot, ready to go roast chickens, yes the ones your buy at the supermarket. The best part of all is that many of us no longer need to drive to Whenuapai BM as this one is much closer to the motorway. Give it a go, highly recommended.
