We visited PB Hobsonville this 5 May by 2pm, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member inside didn’t come across as very friendly, and the coffee tasted burnt.nnWe understand it may have been a busy time and she Pacific Island nationality we guess was serving alone, but experiences like this can make regular customers think twice about coming back. We hope this feedback helps improve things.nnUpdate: her name is Meleane

I had a very disappointing experience buying coffee today.nnA female staff member whose name starts with “M” was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly claimed she couldn’t understand what I was saying, even though I was speaking clearly, which made me feel singled out and embarrassed.nnWhat upset me even more was the clear difference in how she treated other customers. She smiled, was friendly, and provided warm service to customers of other ethnic backgrounds, but she was cold and dismissive towards me.nnBased on the way I was treated compared with other customers, I felt that I was treated differently because of my race. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or discriminated against. I hope this incident is taken seriously and investigated.

I’ve ordered coffee twice from here asking for caramel latte ice and hot coffee. Both times I’ve had it without caramel shot. Please train your “baristas” to ensure they are making it as per the coffee request on the label

Really cool flagship store in the area. Heaps pumps available and all deliver all types of fuels, no new to queue up in a particular lane for diesels etc. Massive space, plus the own car wash and 3rd party car wash down the drive. Multi point of entry. Fancy equipments inside the store, they even sell hot, ready to go roast chickens, yes the ones your buy at the supermarket. The best part of all is that many of us no longer need to drive to Whenuapai BM as this one is much closer to the motorway. Give it a go, highly recommended.

There are a couple nice staff members in this store however the majority of the staff either speak smake in there own language or are just rude. Refusing service at 5.45 in the morning and being rude is slack service. This stores decline over the last 6 months has been terrible.
