This is cleanest BP store in the North Island. You can clearly tell they clean this place from top bottom regularly. The bench tops & counter tops are always clean of dust & finger prints as is the hot food area which is always nicely displayed with fresh food. Love how the staff jump in & help each other out, true team players. Staff are always pleasant, respectful & happy, which shows the kind of environment they work in. Well done for taking care of your customers but also your staff. Oh & you guys are the best baristar's by far, I won't go anywhere else for my caramel lattes... thank you

I bought a krispie creme donut that was labelled vegan, there were heaps of them, clearly labelled as vegan. I'm severely allergic to dairy and turns out it wasn't vegan at all after checking online, got very sick and still suffering a week later because of this. You are playing with people's health, just make sure you use the right label.nnAlso had this happen before, was told a pie was vegan twice when it was only vegetarian and had a bunch of sour cream in it. Not cool at all, ruined my week.

Good service, recently set up. This is the ste on Albany Highway.!!! Excellent location. Offer all types of fuels and plenty pumps which are new style the ones you can pull the hose further of pump is on the other side of fuel gate of a vehicle.

First visit to the new site, it was too foggy to take photos of the forecourt, standard large BP. Inside as you would expect was clean and neat, plenty of space between aisles and they have a Krispy Kreme kiosk inside. Plenty of cafe/bakery food available as well as salads. Coffee was good and did not take long to make

Good coffee but the most unfriendly staff out of any BP in Auckland. BP need to mystery shop these guys and sort it out.
