The lady at the counter was incredibly rude and showed poker face with rolling eyes to the customers. She acted like every customer owed her a million dollars. Totally unprofessional and clearly not suited for customer service.

Always found staff great when I visit daily. Only let down is that the toilet facilities need cleaning as I have noted obviously not cleaned daily as same messes still there the next day.

Some people rely on you sticking to the shop opening hours and not closing early. Absolutely useless
