Grace is one of the most rudest persons I have ever met in New Zealand. Saw her curse at a customer who just wanted to speak to the person who prepared his coffee. He asked her who made his coffee, even told her not to speak to him, but she kept insulting him and shouted at him to leave but polietly stood there. Then carried on cursing at him. Really sad to see this type of behaviour in New Zealand. She only stopped when he pulled out his phone to record her.

What happened on Matariki Day morning. The young man doesn't understand my order. I slowly ordered an oat latte. He still doesn't understand. No, he pretended not to understand. The three men are laughing at my pronunciation among themselves. The coffee came and I wanted to throw it away but held back. Listen carefully. Your parents are Asian too. You have no manners and your hair is a mess. Teach them manners. It's a shame to even give one star

What is going on with your fuel pumps? The pump screens are obviously very old as information does not appear on some. Buttons on the sides cannot be used as you don't know what you are pressing eg: $ 20, $50, $100 or FILL.nnYour pumps have a SUPER SLOW flow! I always fill my vehicle up. Lucky I knew how much fuel my car can take as I stood there holding the pump until it came near to the litres.nnI have driven in to find your pumps, not in working order, yet there are no cones or sign on the pumps to say so! VERY FRUSTRATING when you have already driven in, turned the vehicle off, got out of your vehicle, opened fuel door etc to then get back in your car and find a pump that does actually work.nnTime BP Connect Rosedale, sorted new pumps out and employed helpful staff! When advising the staff they need to put an out of order sign on the pumps that are not working, you would have thought I asked for free gas!! Staff are too young! No care at all!
