Caltex - Browns Bay

Today, I couldn't fill the gas bottle again. This is the second time. The reason was explained as a public holiday. Why can't arrange for one more employee to work? Will the boss sacrifice the interests of customers to save a little overtime? Very disappointed

Go to Z up on East Coast Road. I went to get gas at 8.15am this morning and the line was out the door and around the building. I felt sorry for the only girl working. Where was the rest of the staff???nShame on you Caltex for over working this poor girl. I had an appointment and the wait was sooooooooooooooooooooooooo long. Get some up to date petrol pumps where you don't have to go inside if you are not going to staff accordingly.

Not impressed with this place at all. On Saturday morning there was a car parked beside the first petrol pump as you come in - the staff would not move it and said it had broken down. We waited quite a while for the owner to come out before we went in and were told it was broken down - no notices on the car - nothing and staff were not helpful at all.

This Servo has gone downhill drastically over the last 12 months. The Toilets were unusable and the vacuum cleaner was also unusable for months! Today when I called in the Toilets had been fixed - hurrah ! But the vacuum and car wash were out of action! I will not use this Gas Station again until the Management changes. It used to be really good now it's Shyatt ! User beware !
