Never write reviews but fed up with how they treat me and others every single time we visit for gas which we only do if we absolutely have to for this reason. 0 stars there was 5 of us waiting 3 seperate cars showed up well before 10 to make sure i had time or i would be stranded without gas as the Z had a power outage tonight but was unpleasantly greeted by the two worker crawling around and telling each other to duck down even after we expressed that we could see them and know they saw us. she came out at 10 exactly and told us the till was already closed, why couldn’t she of said that at 9:55 when i was saying i could see her ducking down blatantly ignore many regular customers. was extremely rude to all 5 customers and in my opinion illegally closed the till before closing time. There was no need for the rude remarks and yelling in chinese when we just needed gas. The other worker is also always grumpy and rude to everyone i know but couldn’t catch either of their names. Will never be returning to a BP as it’s always horrible customer service on the coast. Get a new job if you have to crawl hands and knees to ignore customers

Normally I wouldn’t make reviews on things but this was abit far. Went to the bp in Whangaparāoa at 9.50pm I rung the bell and I see the Asian lady drop down and start army crawling on the ground to avoid me seeing her until 10pm when it closed and then she came out and started being very rude saying they are closed and they closed the till she could have came up to the window and simply said they closed the till allready. Grown adults doing this silly behaviour. If I could put -5 stars I would. very bad service wouldn’t recommend going there.

Went there at 9.50pm and they were hiding crawling around untill 10pm when it closed very childish

Please make sure you make drinkable coffee. I just ordered a cappuccino which looksnLike coffee and milk mixed together. There is no froth and not even hot enough. Please train your staff.
