Z - Constellation Drive - Service Station

Me and my colleagues were working onsite as a vendor. We asked lady on duty “can we hit our meal” she was under training, then she asked her senior lady about the same. She completely denied to allow us to do so. Very rude and unprofessional way to handle customers. Even we filled $90 petrol from the same Pump.

I have to bring this up to your attention this evening I came in to the z and I grabbed a coffee around 9:20pm I walked into the store and I can’t say how happy I am about my experience at your z I didn’t grab your staffs name but she was incredible very polite asked me about my day and even encouraged me to keep going and working hard staff like this makes me a loyal customer I’ll defensively be retuning back! If you could please give her a massive thank you genuinely made my day

Unbelievable rubvish service. The lady behind the counter served everyone else but asking me to wait there for more than 10 minutes. Then wondered off to mind her own business. This is the perfect example where the merchant does not give a crap about their customer

Filling up 4 JetSkis on a long quad trailer can be a challenge at some petrol stations simply due to the lack of sufficient space at either ends to allow others to pass. Hence quite often one needs to choose carefully where & when to go for fuel. Not here at Constellation though with this extra long rig and coming in the evening at least busy time helped avoid any irritations.

Convenient location, not far from Northern motorway, 91 and 95 unleaded fuel and diesel, car wash, coffee and hot food available. Plenty of parking onsite.
