Z - Northcross - Service Station

The lady who makes the coffee at Z Northcross is incredibly friendly and always so positive. Every time I’ve claimed for a free coffee, or bought one, she makes it absolutely perfect and consistently. In today’s world, cafés and pie shops often charge a lot for their beverages, and their coffee milk is usually burnt. Consistency is almost a lost art, but not at Z Northcross.

I’ve been having coffee from there the last couple of days. The staff really know what they’re doing — they make a mean coffee and are super friendly too!”

She was very nice, but couldn’t leave the shop to do a bottle swap because she is by herself. It used to be that the customer was trusted with the key, but those days are gone.
