Z - Northcross - Service Station

Ive always experienced VERY low quality rude service as a local here, I'm always a friendly customer and have been logging this mentally for months.nnShop is disgusting, bathroom makes you want to vomit. They mess up orders constantly for fuel putting you on the wrong pump. Sick of waiting if you want better go 2 minutes up the road elsewhere.

24 hours open, come to the door at 3:00am wait 2 minutes before i get called over, get told i can look for what i want through the window, he then changes his mind and tells me im not allowed in as he just mopped the floors, terrible service, wont ever come again

Worst service by the guy on counter not happy to serve customers 15/05 8:40pm . Management should have a look at it

The lady who makes the coffee at Z Northcross is incredibly friendly and always so positive. Every time I’ve claimed for a free coffee, or bought one, she makes it absolutely perfect and consistently. In today’s world, cafés and pie shops often charge a lot for their beverages, and their coffee milk is usually burnt. Consistency is almost a lost art, but not at Z Northcross.

Reviewing gas stations seems a bit pointless since you simply need gas, what’s the big deal, kind of like reviewing a beach....this place rules, good food, coffee good, staff all good watched them being really good with a trainee, obviously a local go to. People happy coming in and out, good vibe. Will stop again when our this way again, cheers.
