Gull Torbay is a budget fuel pump with no customer service...but does not have budget fuel prices to match.nnThere is no paywave, so I had to go back into my car and rummage through my bag to find my card...lucky I had it with me.nnThen there was no air to pump my tyres...and no bathrooms...lucky I wasn't too far from home.nnThe location is very exposed to wind and rain...but the cover is very minimal...so may not be the best place to fuel-up in poor weather.
Not much place to park but often the cheapest fuel in the area
Love any Gull and this one doesn't disappoint so cheap.
A petrol station that used to be be staffed by locals but is now staffed by robots. Consistently the cheapest fuel in the area, presumably due to minimal staff costs because robots don't take breaks and have a lousy union. Four pumps but only two of them serve diesel...a legacy from the previous human owners.
This is a self serve, pay at the pump system. I do prefer a operator on site to deal with. But this style of petrol station is becoming more common. On the plus side it is quick and simple to get petrol. The negative of this place is, it is very exposed in bad weather from the south and west. And only 2 lanes for cars to get petrol, which can result in cues at busy periods
