Send out a later 2 months later informing we didn't pay for fuel when we can see the payment clearly in our bank account. When asked to review the footage got told they cant as its been over written. They have been away to india on holiday and just got back and send out the letters. We made the so called payment but have sent any investigation to the head office and ombudsman to investigate.nnRidiculous customer experience won't be using them again. Not even the shop as you might just stop to grab a drink and end up being told you didn't pay for fuel!!!!

The staff there was so generous and helpful, I'm so grateful thank you !
