BP Connect Clifton

Packed up and ready to head away on holiday with the family, we pulled in to BP Clifton for some petrol and to check the tyre pressure. When we connected the Air to the tyre it looked like the tyre went flat. We tried again, then went inside to ask if they could have a look. After checking the girl behind the counter said “yeah, it’s broken”. No sign to alert customers. All she said was “it’s totally on us”. So I went back out to sort it out with a hand pump we fortunately had with us. A slow process. Half an hour later, no one from BP had come out to apologise and check if there was anything they could do to help. They also didn’t put a sign up to alert the next sucker. This is my local station and I WILL NOT be returning.

Took over 30 minutes to make a large mochaccino, so I ended up just leaving without as I had places I needed to be. Otherwise, staff were nice enough

Old guy on weekend nights is bit crazy. Very rude and short tempered. He needs some staff training for sure. I’m pretty sure many of us must had that sort of experience in past.

Nice and clean, suprised they sell cooked chicken...layout is great and easy to find what your after. I noticed they sell krispy kream donuts. Its like a bakery, mini supermarket and gas station in one. Good friendly service.

Some screens aren’t working and no signs to say. Other the touch screen isn’t . The person beside me left as she said it was faulty for her. I got petrol but I had to stand there and hold it as the auto holder was faulty. Avoid
